The staff carlos and gabriel were reallyyyy helpful with not just this stay at holiday inn, but also sorting out my issues with the previous property. Also, they helped me with restuarant options and uber challenges as well. Highly recommend just for them. The bed is also very comfortable on your neck.

The hotel was far enough away to be quiet at night but close enough to still be able to walk to the city center.
Air conditioning is controlled by the property. You can adjust it as long as you do not try to go below their set level.

We went up a flight of stairs with bags because the lift only goes as far as the floor below our room

The hotel is not bad and has a good location. We were in a king suite on the first floor facing the street and yet it was very quiet at night, which cannot be said for our daughter's room, also on the first floor, but facing the courtyard opposite the kitchen ventilation and half basement, so it was noisy in her room and anyone could enter without effort, which is why she could not leave her door open for ventilation. The receptionists were very kind and responsive, which cannot be said for housekeeping. They put us in rooms with uncleaned floors and it remained like that until we left, despite my request. The upholstery on the sofa and chair had huge, poorly cleaned stains. The towels are changed every day, but they are old, worn out and have holes. The biggest problem arose with the disposal of our trash. We regularly found it uncleaned and once I had to take it to the reception, and this in a hotel with 200 euros per night. I can't explain the reasons and I attribute it to the fact that I am Eastern European, that is, a second-hand person, even though my country is a member of the EU.

I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay
