The location relatively near the city centre but in a very quit neighborhood
Breakfast was full of option every day till 9 AM, after you could not find more items,like they were not prepared with enough food. The housekeeping was very noisy on the corridors and the receptionist were very rough and not willing to help, maybe also due to language barrier

Location, restaurant, room,
Internet was not working (we were not informed at check-in that it was having problems).
Temperature control in our room, when turned on was 25 degrees C. That is was to hot. When we turned on the cooling, and set it to 18 C, it seemed to work but it would revert back to heating to 25 C only after 15 minutes. The front desk staff were informed of this problem but it was never fixed.

- Quality interior and good lightning at room,very useful working table and enough space at wardrobe for storing clothes

- EXTREMELY tasty breakfast (Strongest part of this hotel - Perfect breakfast).Everything is very tasty.Products are fresh.Coffee is nice,tea is also qood quality.
- Area is very silent,you don't hear any noise from your window
- Interior of Hotel is classy,modern and up to date.
Locationwise it is not located at center,you have to take taxi all the time which takes 7 - 8 min to old town,walking to centre is quite not possible because of steepy roads and long distances.
Coffee mugs at the kitchen are dripping water from below
Glasses for drinking water is very small,you have fill glasses all the time

I loved the location, the renovated facilities, the cleanliness, the staff’s attention, and the breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back!

Disappointing
The Hotel WiFi was done all week. They gave ni explanations. Manager nver available to talk. My work there was in a mess and missed lot of zoom calls as well apppintments. uge Telephone Bill as no internet. They hotel said they will re-imburse 2 nights stay back to me. Please contact hotel and conform this I do not trust what thye said. Confirm to me asam extremely angry with the situation I was in. It took 4 days and still no WiFi - I had to go to a 5 star hotel and buy coffe and lunches just to get online. Need Booking.com to come back with a clear statement on status.
No information - manager disappeared. kept on saying soon.
