Very Good
Very clean room. Updated modern facilities. Tasteful designs. Breakfast was great. Staff very hard working everyday to keep tables clean and well stocked.

Good location, within short walk of bus to airport, nearby parks and supermarkets and the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet with a few good restaurants and cafes. Staff were courteous and attentive and the room was bright and spacious.
My room was not far from the elevator, which I believe was responsible for the moaning groaning noises, like a ghost playing a trombone and dragging furniture across the floor. It needs a repairman’s attention.

The breakfast was excellent (however they could use a few more staff as they ran our of food often).
The people at the reception were kind and helpful.
The hotel was clean and in a great location.
I think the breakfast needed more staff as they were always running out of food.
The waiters at the dinner were a bit pushy in trying to get to order more. And the Valetines Day party that they pushed was a bit of a flop.

Hotel seems new, location is comfortable, breakfast is nice
Out of 5 nights i needed to change the room twice because they didn’t clean it. Both times before changing reception stuff explained how it’s not their fault, made me wait, etc. especially second time - i was out the whole day, came back to hotel at 4:30pm, room was not cleaned yet; before they told that housekeeping works till 5pm so i asked to clean immediately. I waited 40 minutes then at 5:10 discovered that they haven’t even started cleaning anyway - even though they knew i was sitting and waiting in the lobby. Only after that changed the room. I asked for at least partial refund, no answer (they said their manager doesn’t answer) Very disappointed, im traveling with booking.com many years, its really my worst experience, especially with reception staff

Everything - super hotel - location, staff, cleaniless, breakfast -eveything!! Although check-in is at 3 oclock, we arrived earlier and they provided us with the room at 11 oclock - I thank all staff

Particularly pleasant check-in experience. Desk in room. Great breakfast and nice dinner with innovative menu.
Loud piped music in the corridors of the bedroom floors. Gym under reconstruction. Location a bit remote.

Great location. Very spacious rooms with clean linens. Electric kettle for coffee making available in the room. Ironing facilities in the room. In a very quite place. Very good breakfast with a variety of choices to pick from. Very freindly staff at the reception.
Language barrier for some cleaning staff who don't speak english. Late room cleaning time during some days.

The building and the rooms are all new and the renovation was very well done with good taste in look and materials. The restaurant works very well and the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is great.

The hotel is very modern, staff was friendly and I stayed in two double bed and moved to queen suite (both rooms were great). It has a great restaurant and wonderful and friendly staff. There are many cafes, restaurants, living services (eg pharmacy, grocery store, laundry, etc). Just ten minute walk to Eduardo Park…
