We really enjoyed the hotel's excellent central location in Lisbon, spotless cleanliness, and daily housekeeping with fresh towels. Staying in the Altis Suites section (same building as the main Altis hotel) gave us the convenience of an apartment combined with the reassuring 24/7 presence of a proper hotel. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen equipment was well-maintained and perfectly adequate. It was also pleasantly quiet. We’ve already agreed that if we return to Lisbon (which we plan to do next summer), we would definitely choose this place again.
The only disappointing experience came one evening when we wanted to cook some meat we bought from the market. We simply asked the main hotel reception for a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oil (Suites reception was closed at that hour), but were told we should go buy it ourselves from the shop. For a 6-night stay this felt unnecessarily unhelpful — most apartment-style hotels we’ve stayed in (and we’ve done many) happily provide small amounts of basic items like salt, sugar or oil on request, often in single-use portions. The Suites receptionist later agreed this approach could be improved, especially for short-stay guests. The Hotel's front-desk staff’s rather curt refusal genuinely upset me in the moment and almost made me want to give everything 1 star. In the end I couldn’t do that because the room service and bellboy were excellent — so in my mind it’s 1 star for that reception interaction and 10 stars for everyone else.

Great apartment style hotel, very conveniently located near several small grocery stores and restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious, good sized kitchen that was well-equipped, and big bedroom and living room. Nice-sized TV with many channels but digital system struggled with limited bandwidth, so reception was spotty. Bed was very quiet and comfortable. Bathroom had a tub/ shower. Very hot water.
Need expanded bandwidth for digital TV.

Perfectly located with walking g distance to all major sites in downtown Lisboa, Friendly staff and good parking available.

Bad rooms. Very weird noises all day long.
Shower hanger was broken (room 7A) the shower wont stay still u have to hold it all the time.
Room was out-fashioned. Bad lightening the living room seemed super dark. To note we had 1 light bulb burned in the lobby/kitchen.
Seemed like you can hear noise from the floor all the time. Weird movement noises too, and sometimes noises as of something moving but not within inside the apartment. We honestly did not enjoy our stay at all.

Disappointing
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was pleasant to have a complimentary access to the spa in the nearby hotel of the same brand. Staff helped us to park the car and load baggage upon checkout, and provided the parking discount.
The apartment meets you wlith the smell of your granny’s old house. Built possibly in 1980th and not renovated since then, the design reminds me on my childhood. The interned is also somewhere from these ages, the upload was some 20kbps (yes, kbps, not mbps!), basically nothing was working except basic sites/apps and we had to use mobile internet.
I spotted some bugs in the kitchen. The entire apartment had dim lights. Both our entry cards stopped working and had to be reporgrammed - good that it did not happen in the night.

I really liked that the room was very spacious. I also liked that the hotel is not in the middle of the busy streets, it is located in a more quiet area. The tall lady in the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I wish I remembered her name.
The hallways, rooms and elevators smell like OLD. Like an old building that needs to be remodeled. I was given an ADA room when in fact I did not reserve that type of room. The furniture in the room is outdated and the shower was a nightmare to turn on and get warm.

We had an amazing stay. The value is excellent, the room is very spacious (we did get an upgrade, so its hard to evaluate what I would've received originally), the pool and fitness room are great and more importantly the staff at the reception is super friendly (Pedro and Christina were amazing). Hard to find this these days... Oh, and breakfast is also very good!
Honestly, nothing. It literally was great. Perhaps the "worst" is the location because its more of a business area, but still this wouldn't even be too fair because Lisbon is so small... I would leave this field blank actually.

The apartment suite was huge - living room, dining area, kitchen, and bedroom with an enormous balcony with great views. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything.
