Charming centre hotel close to the riverfront. One of the nicest hotels we stayed,close to the famous pont to watch the sunset and many restaurants to choose from. Our room was quiet even though it had a view to the street, very modern decor,comfortable bed.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was near some bus stations, restaurants, and supermarkets. The rooms were spacious and complete, especially if you plan on making your meals in the room. The room was clean,
The hotel is located on a steep hill, so it’s a bit of a climb to get there from Liberdade Ave. It’s also a bit far from most touristy areas - around 20 minutes walk - but the hotel is situated just outside these areas of interest, so the area still makes for a good base to stay in. The bathroom is spacious, but the shower area in the room we were in had no light (you’re dependent on the lights of the bathroom as a whole) so it might be too dark for some people. The air conditioner in the room is also just by the main area so we had to keep our door ajar so the whole room would be cold.

When we first checked in, a staff member kindly escorted us to our room and gave us a detailed introduction. She made me feel very special.?
I loved how spacious the room was compared to other hotels in Europe. The bedding was spotless and incredibly comfortable.
We had a small issue with the bathtub drain at first, as the water didn’t go down properly while I was showering. However, after informing the reception the next morning, the staff took care of it immediately. By the time we returned from sightseeing later that day, everything was working perfectly. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently the team handled the situation.
Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it is nicely prepared with options like eggs, bacon, yogurt, and fresh fruit—everything you need for a satisfying start to the day.
I’ve stayed at many major chain hotels such as Marriott,Hilton, Sheraton and Hyatt ,but this hotel exceeded them in many ways. The cleanliness of the room and the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff were truly outstanding.
Be prepared for an uphill walk from the bus stop or subway station ?—but it’s definitely a good workout!

The hotel was 2 blocks from Liberdade Blvd, which was very convenient for shops and restauraunts.. The beds were super comfortable, an excellent breakfast was served every morning, and they had some English speaking channels. The staff members were very kind and helpful.
The shower was big and spacious. It had non slip strips at the front of the shower, but the shower was very slick when getting out..

Roomy apartments, which were spotlessly clean with plenty of equipment should you wish to dine in.
The breakfast arrangement is a bit chaotic as the area is quite small & if there are a lot of family groups staying you may have to wait to be seated or share a table with other guests & pay €15 per person for the privilege. The lady who was taking coffee orders was particularly miserable & unfriendly, making the whole breakfast experience, the one reason we would consider recommending it as a place to stay in Lisbon. For €5 more we would suggest you go to their sister hotel the Altis Grande next door to have breakfast, which has much more choice, space & staff who are genuinely interested in providing a personable service.

Room was super clean and comfortable for a family. Shower and bathroom was spacious. We especially appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location and room size
Breakfast is poor and the space is very tiny. This way if you have a big family it is not comfortable to have food at the hotel.
