There was no hand soap dispenser in the bathroom. Jacuzzi was not that hot for my taste. Other than that everything was fine.

Excellent breakfast, Room was decent size and beds were very comfy. close to all HIGH end shopping and toursit are is about 15-20 minute walk. Subway is 10 min walk. Great location for a peaceful stay.

We were very happy with the service we received at Altis. Especially from staff member, Enis Almeida. She was very pleasant and very helpful with giving us information about the nearby beaches and made sure we had everything we needed in our room. We really appreciated her customer service and care.
the tv behind the glass/mirror enclosure made it very hard to watch tv comfortably because of the glare. I know aesthetically it looks lovely, but not a good idea.

Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Made recommendations and always willing to help. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Lounge was beautiful with great views.
Location did not have a lot of close cafes for coffee or to grab a quick bite to eat. To get to city centre you have to walk 15 minutes which is fine.
