Great location, friendly staff, and they left Pastéis de Nata in the room — they were amazing, honestly better than many we tried in Lisbon.
Considering that this is a five-star hotel, I was quite surprised by the overall condition of the room. The room felt outdated, and the closet was dusty, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. The lighting in the room was also very poor, especially around the mirror, making it difficult to get ready or do makeup comfortably. In addition, the room service options after midnight were extremely limited, which I would not expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, the experience did not fully match the standard I would normally expect from a five-star property, especially considering the price.

Spacious room, nicely decorated, superb breakfast, great location. Relaxing pool & spa facilities. On-site beauty & hair salons. Staff were very helpful & friendly. They even surprised us with champagne & cake delivered to the room for my husband’s birthday.

The beds were comfortable.
It is not a 5-star hotel. We spent 4 nights there and our room was only cleaned once, and that was after I called the reception twice and waited 3-4 hours. We also found an empty bag of chips in the minibar. It seems that the staff did not check the minibar before giving us the room.

There was nothing. It was incredible. One thing I found odd, which I assume is cultural, is that you had to wear a swimming cap that the hotel provided to use the pool facilities. I’ve never heard of that before.
