Very nice staff on the reception very friendly and helpful. The location was great definitely. The restaurants staff and food was good.
The toilet is so small and there is no lights near the cabinet, makes it too dark to see.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A beautiful, luxurious hotel done the way 5 stars should be. Lovely staff, all the best at hospitality, and the restaurant served an amazing breakfast.
We will be back again and I highly recommend Altis Belem.

Very nice location, nice staff, comfy bed and pillows.
Our aisle of the hotel was very cold, especially near the end (where our room was). We were given an upgraded room with an extra living room where the curtain buttons didn't work and the AC wouldn't get the living room to the required temperature. We had a jacuzzi in the the balcony but the door that leads from the WC to the balcony was closed and we were given no key. During the night there was ongoing loud humming noise which we were told the next day it was from the fans in the pool that were not turned off, but even during the day the amount of noise it makes is ridiculous and definitely not up to standards for a 5* hotel.

Great hotel with amazing Facilities, view and location.
The gym, internal pool, sauna and spa was opening at 9.00 closing at 19.00. Not ideal if you go for work and you finish at 19.00 no really time left to go and use them. They should consider changing the timeframe.

The bedroom lighting was not easy and not adequate in the bathroom. The wardrobe door were difficult and noisy.
