Central location, beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant with outdoor seating, very friendly and professional staff. I suffered food poising in from an outside restaurant in the last night of our stay and even though our room was a booked by another party, they managed to adjust the booking and let us stay 6h beyond the check-out time, which was so deeply appreciated, I could not have left the room at 12pm. This allowed me to recover until the departure in the evening! Thank you so much to the whole Acentis Avenida team!!! We will certainly return!

Hotel was ideally situated, clean and the staff were excellent.
Only a minor point - need to book the rooftop bar even if you’re a guest. Were told you didn’t need to reserve as we were guests but got turned away the first night.
