Our stay at the Altis Avenida was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. A special mention has to go to the staff who went above and beyond to provide us with outstanding service from the moment we checked in and particularly after I had a fall which resulted in mobility difficulties. The fact the staff regularly checked in on how I was doing showed a great level of care and made us feel very welcome and looked after. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and we look forward to coming back to stay soon!

Great location. Wonderful staff. Fantastic rooftop bar. Comfortable beds. Love the reception area to hang and enjoy complimentary prosecco. Such a nice touch.
Our rooms smelled really bad and it was difficult to get around that for three nights.

Some parts were a little old and could do with renovation , the bathroom linen could be better and softer
