The location was perfect! Central, safe and convenient. Our room was spacious and so quiet and dark for sleeping! Bed was perfect. This was a birthday trip and the staff treated us exceptionally well! Beautiful champagne and cake for my wife’s birthday and lovely wine and treats as a thank you at the end. True five stars - and the roof top bar is awesome! Splendid!

Our stay at Altis Avenida Hotel was just perfect. We booked a Deluxe Double Room and they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite. The room is amazing, with a huge terrace overlooking Praca do Rossio. Location is excellent. The room was very spacious and clean, equiped with everything you need. They have a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, perfect to have some drinks and a nice dinner. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a morning flight and they were so kind to prepare a breakfast box for us. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel and we will definitley come back, Thank you so much for making our stay in Lisbon so amazing!!!

The nationwide power outage across Spain and Portugal happened during our stay in Lisbon. We were fortunate to stay in Altis Avenida Hotel because the staff were professional and the hotel maintained water supply during the power outage. Hot food was also being served at the hotel restaurant. We couldn't be thankful enough to the impeccable services offered by the hotel staff.

Staff were super friendly and helpful! Hotel is in one of the best spots in Lisbon. The rooftop bar, restaurant is fantastic and views of Lisbon are spectacular!
