Lovely staff and treats in the lobby. A great rooftop view. They brought me a flower and treats for international women's day which was a nice touch. Bed was comfy and the blackout curtains were great.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the centre , close to restaurants, tram and bus stops, railway station and shops. Lovely building with amazing views from the bar/ restaurant, sundeck.Myrian gave us the warmest of welcomes when we arrived and a fabulous room upgrade with views all over Lisbon! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had complimentary sparking wine , nibbles throughout our stay plus treats left in our room to enjoy. The hotel that just kept giving…..

We stayed twice at Altis Avenida in March and we can highly recommend the hotel and its superb location. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay the more enjoyable. As we were leaving Portugal by a flight in the evening we are grateful for being permitted to delay our check-out and keep our room until late afternoon. Special thanks go to Claudia for the arrangement.

From check in to departure we continued to be impressed by both the high standards and the professionalism of the staff. Although we only ate breakfast in the hotel the restaurant was always busy and room service is available 24/7.

He KNOWS his craft and has an extremely natural way of expressing care, service, and gratitude. He made our stay special whether it was assisting us with parking or offering wonderful (and highly appreciated) recommendations for Lisbon area.
On a side note, clearer communication about arrival in car in terms of where/how to drop off luggage and where to park would be helpful.
