Location is amazing! Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bed was uncomfortable, my wife and I woke with sore lower backs most mornings. We stayed for 6 nights.

Our stay at Altis was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were ever so attentive and helpful. The location was fabulous, right in the heart of Lisbon. The roof top bar and restaurant provide amazing views of the city. A spectacular place to sit and relax with a glass of wine and look over Lisbon as the daylight fades and the lights come on all over the city. What a lovely surprise to find a bottle of port and some delicious Portuguese tarts in our room on the first afternoon.
This hotel was absolutely exceptional. Could not fault a thing.

The hotel was super clean and the location is just perfect — close to everything! The staff were really friendly and helpful. If I ever come back to Lisbon, I’ll definitely stay here again.
