phanstastic location and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was phantastic and offers all you need. The terrasse (bar and restaurant) has a terrific view and the sun deck is very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful

Great location. Excellent service!
The rooftop breakfast area and bar are a rare bonus. We really enjoyed that area— beautiful views day and night.
Our room was comfortable and the amenities were great.
We had a to go breakfast on our last day that was very generous and tasty.
The property is older and could use some updating.
The lobby furniture is worn- in need of replacement or reupholstering. The carpets are a bit old and worn as well.

The staff team were so very welcoming, warm and professional, without exception. The reception staff had amazing language skills; the young man taking us to our room was thoughtful and caring; the junior sommelier was excellent.
It is so hard to think of anything! If I was trialling the room when it was first furnished for the owners I would possibly say less hard surfaces - the circular bedside tables are very stylish but not 100% practical.

The hotel staff is always available to help with a smile whether at the reception, concierge, or at their lovely roof top bar. They even made a custom off menu dish to suit our dietary requirements.

Location can’t be beat! The check in process was wonderful. The person at the desk brought us to our room and explained everything about the room and hotel. The rooftop restaurant had amazing food and the views of Lisbon at night were spectacular. Our room had a balcony with a city view and was surprisingly quiet in the room once we closed the door. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with so many choices. The staff was pleasant and happy to help with any questions we had. This was an overall excellent stay.
Parking is a little complicated but the valet option is great and makes it so easy

I especially like the central location of this hotel. The employees at the hotel were exceptional. Ines at the front desk was able to secure an early check-in for us and was happy to help with any dinner reservations. Marco, the doorman was also extremely helpful in giving us directions or recommendations in the area. The rooftop breakfast restaurant was lovely with fresh squeezed, orange juice, eggs made to order cappuccino and beautiful views of the city. The Rossio rooftop restaurant afforded nighttime views of the city with very good food and ambience.
The rooms could have been larger.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The rooftop restaurant and sun deck were amazing places to relax and enjoy dinner and drinks in the evenings. The location was perfect and they always had complimentary water, cookies, coffee and sparkling wine in the lounge- awesome!
Self serve ice would have been nice so we would. It have to bother the staff. Also a small space in the fridge to keep drinks cold.
