All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and wonderful. Marcus, who worked the 15:00-24:00 shift, was exceptional. He KNOWS his craft and has an extremely natural way of expressing care, service, and gratitude. He made our stay special whether it was assisting us with parking or offering wonderful (and highly appreciated) recommendations for Lisbon area.
On a side note, clearer communication about arrival in car in terms of where/how to drop off luggage and where to park would be helpful.

The rooftop terrace is a highlight. The location is great and it’s a beautiful hotel. The complimentary sparkling wine and snacks in the lobby is very nice.

Perfect location! It was our first trip to Portugal and we felt so fortunate. Beautiful, cool, eclectic. The rooftop bar/restaurant was incredible. Great views, delicious food, cocktails, wine — 5 stars!!! And definitely get the breakfast! Room service was impeccable.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - it was awesome.

Location can’t be beat! The check in process was wonderful. The person at the desk brought us to our room and explained everything about the room and hotel. The rooftop restaurant had amazing food and the views of Lisbon at night were spectacular. Our room had a balcony with a city view and was surprisingly quiet in the room once we closed the door. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with so many choices. The staff was pleasant and happy to help with any questions we had. This was an overall excellent stay.
Parking is a little complicated but the valet option is great and makes it so easy

Very well situated in Lisbon. Easy access to everything. Bedding/Mattress were excellent. Rooms were a good size also. Roof top and sun deck. Staff were very helpful and pleasant on the whole.
Breakfast: if you did not take the buffet at 25 euros we could only order a coffee or tea à la carte but nothing else otherwise it had to be in the room. Unheard of in a hotel and especially in a five star hotel. Housekeeping was not up to standards: we were with another couple as well and 2 days in a row we had to call for our room to be done and breakfast trolley removed in the afternoon… plus vanity kits were replaced but empty… and not replacing used cups of teas and coffee… No iron or iron board in the room and cupboard too small for such a room. Expensive food and drinks. Not worth that amount. No spa facilities. The hotel and rooms need a refreshment room be more modernized. Not a 5 star hotel in our view more like a 4 star. We come from France and the UAE at a 5 star hotel is much higher.
