It was very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Would have loved to try rooftop bar but weather was against us. Would stay again if size of room and price was in our budget.
Room was a bit tight thankfully we were given an upgrade to room with balcony would have struggled to stay in classic room we had booked. Could have done with somewhere to hand coats. Would stay again but the price and size of room would be something I would be looking at.

Location can’t be beat! The check in process was wonderful. The person at the desk brought us to our room and explained everything about the room and hotel. The rooftop restaurant had amazing food and the views of Lisbon at night were spectacular. Our room had a balcony with a city view and was surprisingly quiet in the room once we closed the door. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with so many choices. The staff was pleasant and happy to help with any questions we had. This was an overall excellent stay.
Parking is a little complicated but the valet option is great and makes it so easy

The cleanliness was horrible and the rooms are very small the price it’s too much for a hotel like this. This is no way a five star hotel.

I loved the property’s location. It was only about 20 minutes from the airport, which made arriving incredibly easy, and getting a taxi was no problem at all. The place was also very simple to find. Once we settled in, we realized just how perfect the location really was. It’s right across the street from a Starbucks and situated in the heart of the tourist area, so we had countless shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to walk everywhere—beautiful restaurants, charming tourist spots, and even the hop-on hop-off tour stops were just around the corner. The mall was only about a five‑minute walk, and we could easily reach the castle and several historic sightseeing spots on foot. For anyone who enjoys luxury shopping, high‑end stores like Cartier and Versace are just a short walk to the right. Overall, the convenience and accessibility of everything around the property made our stay truly enjoyable.
