Very Good
Great location, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Famous and delicious tarts as a welcome snack was very much appreciated. We had been travelling all day and it was after midnight when got in to Lisbon.

The rooftop bar is a lovely place to enjoy a drink and take in the views. Worth booking a table as it can get busy although they try to give guests priority.

Location in the center of everything the staff especially Miriam was efficient kind and helpful. Rooftop nice with beautiful view . Comp drink first night. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is excellent, close to Lisbon’ 5th avenue for designer shopping and a 10 minute walk to old town. The hotel restaurant and bar on the 7th floor is the perfect retreat after a long day sightseeing. The service is outstanding, the young lady who manages reservations for the restaurant is excellent, absolute credit to the hotel. All the staff are excellent from the front desk to the breakfast team as well as the bar and waiting staff on the 7th floor. One of the most enjoyable stays we have had. If booking a room ask for a balcony room, we stayed in 207, facing Lisbon’s fifth avenue. Perfect room!
