I loved my stay here! Everything exceeded my expectations from the apartment, comfort of the bed, views and staff. It felt like home. I stayed 4 nights and slept so well each night. Breakfast was great and it was so nice to be able to make breakfast rather than overeat at a regular hotel breakfast. I would 100 percent stay here again!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Loved the decor. Abundant breakfast in room, plus fresh pasteles de nata and brioche delivered to the door in the morning.

The host was excellent, very responsive. The location was great. The apartment was quiet. It was quite small, but had everything what we needed.

Central Location, walkable to all sights and restaurants Helpful & friendly staff. Clean, spacious. Thank you Sonia for cleaning the apartment. Well maintained unit and building. Not your typical “breakfast Buffett” but so worth it! To prepare fresh eggs and fresh delivered breads each morning. Will be back and don’t hesitate to choose this place! Worth every penny! Pictures on booking website are true in person. Wish we had more time to stay

Phenomenal staff, hospitality, style, and spaciousness. The family size apartment for 4 was so large, especially for a European city space. Great for a long stay! Beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, lovely view, and a delicious (fresh!) delivery of daily breakfast foods that was so ideal for families. Location was in the center of everything with tons of shops, restaurants, and bars right outside. We walked everywhere, even with young kids. We cannot recommend this sweet little hotel enough. Will return if ever in Lisbon.
We loved it all. There was a small issue with the building AC (not our room) the days we were there that required us to switch rooms but the staff was wonderfully kind and helpful. They even covered our airport transport. The new room was equally great so this did not dampen our experience at all. Such great hospitality!

The stuff did not explain anything about the issues with AC unit's or washing machine. As soon as we checked in, AC suddenly started to give off heat instead of cool air. We reported this issue first thing in the morning to the stuff when they arrived, after multiples of the stuff's reseting the AC, it repeatedly switched to heating. Finally after 24 hours of repeated problem, a stuff rebooted the power supply to the apartment which fixed the issue. The other problem was the washing/dryer machine in the kitchen. After using dryer, our clothes became soaking wet. So we washed and tried to dry them again, but the issue persisted. We asked the stuff to fix the issue, then stuff operated the machine, telling us it should be OK. Yet, the issue persisted. The stuff asked the cleaning lady to do, but same result. Our clothes were darkly stained by that time. Then, after about 24 hours of persisting issue, the maintenance guy came in and finally told us the machine begun semi-annual internal-machine-cleaning process during our drying operation and we couldn't use our machine without completing the process. Our clothes were wetted with dirty mildew and mold filled water from the cleaning process!! Without washing our clothes (now dirty with mildews), he took them to back office dryer. When he came back with our dried clothes, some of them were missing but the bag of dried clothes included multiples of used towels often used for construction. I complained to the manager, Ms. Sofia Rodrigues but her response was "We fixed the issue. Use the appliance correctly next time." as if we had control on malfunction or semi-annual machine cleaning setting. We wasted whole day for these issues while we only had 2 days for sightseeing.
Additionally, the apartment we received was totally different from the phones on booking.com. Shower door did not close well & leaked water and old leaking stains on floor (photos attached).

This is an amazing place to stay in Lisbon! Walkable to so many top sights. Tram 28 right outside your door. O Trevo at the end of the block for delicious Bifanas sandwiches. Pasteis da Nata a few doors down. The AC was the best in all of Portugal!!! It was making a humming noise when we arrived. We mentioned it and viola, it was fixed! Amazing service! The daily bread delivery with pastries was so nice to have! Also eggs, yogurts, cheese and meats. Just perfect. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent. We were going to sintra before the bread delivery and they arranged to have bread delivered to us the day before. Service was excellent!

Stunning multi-level apartment in a great area of Lisbon, perfectly close to all important sites and restaurants! The receptionist was also very kind and helpful and helped reserve a great Fado show with dinner for us. The apartment was very cute, clean and well-organized. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to Lisbon!

Amazing location, Pedro was incredibly helpful and made our first day in Lisbon a great experience. The breakfast in the am was a beautiful addition. Very comfortable place and while its a bustling neighborhood the unit was quiet

If you have a car parking is horrible but we knew that and its a big city, they're always tough to park in.

The property was in a great location. It was fully equipped for a comfortable stay the breakfast was perfect . The staff was wonderful and very informative. Everything made for a memorable stay! Of 3 different places we have stayed in Portugal this was our favorite.
