Great location, lovely fresh bread in the morning. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Loved having washing machine!!! Really nice place to stay. Can be loud, make sure to close up windows tight to reduce noise.

The location was great, it was an easy walk to the city transportation hub as well as Rua Augusta Arch and Praca do Comercio. The proximity to places to eat and shop was very convenient. The view looking over the rooftops to the Tagus River was also beautiful. The fresh bread and pastries delivered to the room daily was a welcome treat as well as the fruit, cheese, meat, milk, and eggs provided daily. Everything was also very clean, which was really appreciated. The robes were a welcome treat as well.
As far as what could have been better, I would say the washer/dryer combo. The clothes washed fine, but the drier took forever to dry and was set at a very high heat. All the clothes came out very wrinkled because it did not have a cool down setting. It was a bit noisy at night, but that was to be expected considering how close it was to so much activities. Because the road was closed during the day due to construction on buildings, sidewalks and on the street during the day, it was a challenge rolling big suitcases to get to the end of the street.

Perfect location near so much in the center of city. Staff was exceptional. Apartment was quiet, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a plus, including wonderful fresh bread left at our door every morning with other breakfast items left in refrigerator every day. I would definitely stay again. Do not hesitate to book.

Breakfast is great. Meats, eggs, cheese, yoghurt are left in fridge. Fresh bread and a pastry are delivered in morning.
This is our second stay at this hotel and it’s a little sad to see the floors are wearing. On the plus side that shows they are being cleaned diligently.

The location is amazing, close to everything, the property is nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. We love the bread delivery surprise every morning and the ready breakfast in the fridge.
It’s very noisy at night. We were expecting to be somehow noisy but it has affected our sleep

Location
Bread was delivered for breakfast in a very basic tote bag. On our last day, since we were leaving early, we took the bread with us in that same bag, assuming it was a simple single-use or complimentary item — which is a completely reasonable assumption for such an ordinary bag.
After our departure, we were contacted and asked to either send the bag back or pay €15 for it. This is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The tote bag was of very low value and clearly does not justify a €15 charge under any reasonable standard.
Requesting such an amount for a basic, inexpensive item feels like an attempt to overcharge guests for something trivial. This kind of behavior damages trust and leaves a very negative impression. It is unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering the insignificant nature of the item. We are treated as if we stole a simple bag with the hotel name on it…
Such practices overshadow the entire stay and seriously affect how we view the hotel.

Great location, great staff, big comfortable apartment. Very “homey” and comfortable
The layout was a bit tricky with a loft upstairs. The bedroom is closed off with a small window to an indoor terrarium but no outdoor. The water in the shower must come from a small boiler so if you like long showers - be aware you constantly have to adjust the knobs for the temperature to stay hot - closing the cold knob more every minute or so. The breakfast was a “cook it yourself” kind of gig, so you get raw eggs and uncooked bacon/sausage to cook on the stove - less than ideal on vacation. So I would have not done that if I knew that was the deal ahead of time

This is an amazing place to stay in Lisbon! Walkable to so many top sights. Tram 28 right outside your door. O Trevo at the end of the block for delicious Bifanas sandwiches. Pasteis da Nata a few doors down. The AC was the best in all of Portugal!!! It was making a humming noise when we arrived. We mentioned it and viola, it was fixed! Amazing service! The daily bread delivery with pastries was so nice to have! Also eggs, yogurts, cheese and meats. Just perfect. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent. We were going to sintra before the bread delivery and they arranged to have bread delivered to us the day before. Service was excellent!

Great location, nice options for a self serve breakfast in the suite, very comfortable bed and a dynamite shower! The bath products provided are high quality and Portugal made.

The facility was so clean, the staff was pleasant, kind and so welcoming! It felt super safe as there is a lock code for the outside door as well. Deli slices and cheese slices, eggs, yogurt, granola and milk are provjded for breakfast. Fresh bread was delivered daily and on Monday we got pasteis de nata, which of course is delicious.
The location is central to everything! Right by the metro and easily walkable! At 20 weeks pregnant, we walked to the castle and cathedral easily.
We were worried about the noise but honestly, the room was pretty sound and light proof once we closed all of the doors and shutters. All in all, it was such a great trip and stay.
