Wonderful
Location was ideal — great shops & restaurants all along our street, short walk to the city center/tourist attractions, easy access to trains & metro. Plus, the apartments have all the amenities of home - kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Location was at the vicinity of a lot of good restaurants
Needs soundproofing! A lot of noise coming from the street late at night and neighbors at the upper floor talking and walking till late past midnight

The hotel is wonderful! Staff was so helpful, location is prime and the rooms were great for a family. Have the breakfast, fresh bread and pastries every day! So many restaurants nearby
Because of the social scene outside, it could be a bit noisy at night. Hotel provides earplugs.

Once we were let in, the code to access the building and room made it easy to come and go. We were within walking distance of all the attractions where we had the most interest. The apartment was very clean and much larger than we anticipated with a lot of space.
Shower would leak from door and the wet floor made using the toilet less desirable unless you didn’t mind getting your feet/socks wet or tracking wet footprints around the apartment. Would have been fine had cleaning staff replenished the towels.

Staff are great, helpful in every way. The frig is stocked and fresh patties delivered every morning. Balcony was very sweet.
There are some maintenance items like really dirty filters on the AC - really need changing. Small things were broken like the garbage can. It would be great to have instructions in English for the washers. Google helps but a pain.

Fantastic location and truly welcoming host, great breakfast etc.
Our room was located on the ground floor and you could hear conversations from the reception area quite clearly. which was distracting at times.

The staff are amazing especially Sara. She even got me a cake on my Birthday. That was a very nice gesture. They are very accommodating especially to my baby they made sure she has all she needed. The place is great coz it is close to everything and it is clean and homey. Thank you for a great stay and I highly recommended this place.

Location was perfect, apartment was very clean, sunny, and relatively quiet for the area, service was great, shower was hot and strong, and the fresh breakfast delivered every morning was an incredible final touch!
It would have been even more perfect if there was a TV in the bedroom. There is a TV in the living room though, which was nice.

Best accommodation you could ask for. Very spacious, sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and overall comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Located perfectly for exploring and near great restaurants. Breakfast was the highlight as it was delivered fresh every morning.

Gorgeous apartment for 2 and nice living room and kitchen. Bathroom and room are large for Europe. Breakfast in room was great you cook your own eggs. Bread was fresh. Balcony was too small to sit on but was nice to see the water from balcony and the noise below wasn’t loud at night. Windows blocked any noise. The staff was helpful and very nice. Elevator to 4 th floor. In the middle of shopping and close to Marina. Best area to visit everthing in Lisboa.
