The code for the building front door(and door for the apartment) as well as the operation of the whole system to get in and out was easy and efficient - No issues
We appreciated NOT carrying a key or a card
The building was very quiet
The street is noisy but NOT noticed unless the french doors are opened
HOUSE KEEPING was EXCELLENT with daily change of towels
The "breakfast"was not the greatest.

Great location, apartment is beautiful and very comfortable and spacious. Even got free breakfast and bread! Staff is very friendly and our room was tidied up each day. We liked that there was a washer and dryer as well.
The only issue we had was the water. Some of us would shower and it would get really cold very quickly and we’d have to reset the water boiler every 5 minutes or so.

The property was in a great location! Mariana was great! We loved the Tuk Tuk tour and our driver, Mauro. Also, a fantastic sunset sail she helped reserve for us! And we went to a fado show at A Severa that was great! Everything was wonderful!
Everything was great. The second morning the bread came a little too late for our breakfast. It wasn’t there before we left for the day. But that really was no big deal… The breakfast food was good

Great apartment in a very good location!
The morning pastries were excellent. We found the place to be quiet at night in a bustling area. The apartment was clean and well done and housekeeping did a great job.
The living area could use some more comfortable furniture. No complaints otherwise.

Everything is excellent here. Location is close by to all of shopping area. Amenities are abundance and room are spacious. Love the everyday breakfast. Also have a washer and dryer in the room is very convenient!!

We had an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting.
One of our favorite highlights was opening our door around 8 a.m. to find warm, fresh bread hanging on it (my daughter loved grabbing it). We also enjoyed preparing our own fresh orange juice and picking up fruit for our walks, couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much!!

This is our second time staying here. Amazing location. Apartment is great for two couples. Only issue is we like the windows open at night and it echos a lot. Quite loud on the street at night.

Location was excellent and the bread supplied to the door every morning was a nice treat- Staff was lovely and helpful.
Bedroom was small and hard to move around in it- bathroom also a bit cramped- expected a balcony from the photo- dishwasher basicly broken as well as trash can under sink.

The location was great, walking distance to everything. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed, including well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer amd separate private bedroom. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
Our only concern was the noise level. You should try to avoid the first floor apartment. Its not the street noise, its just that the room is right next to where the supply closets are, so you can hear the staff banging doors throughout the day, and they do start early in the morning, but end around 6pm. Other than that eveything was great, and if you're out most of the day its not an issue at all.
