Once we were let in, the code to access the building and room made it easy to come and go. We were within walking distance of all the attractions where we had the most interest. The apartment was very clean and much larger than we anticipated with a lot of space.
Shower would leak from door and the wet floor made using the toilet less desirable unless you didn’t mind getting your feet/socks wet or tracking wet footprints around the apartment. Would have been fine had cleaning staff replenished the towels.

Our room was located on the ground floor and you could hear conversations from the reception area quite clearly. which was distracting at times.

Great location to reach everything in the city center! Loved the breakfast daily in the refrigerator, fruit and daily bread delivery! Beautiful views of the city out the balconies.
One of the bathrooms was a little tight. Otherwise plenty of space for our family of four.

The neighborhood was great. The property was so clean, bed comfortable . Was restocked with coffee, laundry detergent, water, anything that I used was restocked the next day. The shower was hot, never an out of hot water. Bed was comfortable and loved the window shutters so it was dark when we slept. Staff super nice and easy to get in and out of apartment.
We were in apt 1B, our first night was a Friday night. We could hear people on the street below, but it wasn’t terrible and we were jet lagged so slept through it. Other nights were quieter (it was Low tourist season/ January). Other than that everything was great and do recommend this place to stay.

The location was perfect to explore Lisbon. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast bought in our room, not to mention the freshly baked bread. The staff were very helpful and recommended great restaurants.

Almaria offers very comfortable and curated apartments. Totally feel like you are living in your own place in Lisbon. I love their breakfast and special treats. We received King Cake because it was Christmas Eve! Their staff is professional and accommodating.
We wished the bathroom sink area had a little more counter space. The walls are not very soundproof, we could hear people in the hallway.

Our 4-night stay at the Ex Libris Apartments | Chiado was a great! The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast items provided and restocked every day were great, especially the oranges we used to make freshly squeezed juice and the morning fresh bread deliveries. Each day brought a new surprise of different breads/pastries! Also nice to have a coffee machine with flavorful, robust coffee pods. A special shout-out to Pedro at the front desk who was very friendly and fun to chat with.
The mirrors/lighting in the bathroom could be improved for shaving purposes.

Very pretty and clean apartment. Wonderful staff. Very good location. Nice breakfast with fresh baked goods delivered to the apartment.
The noise level at night when we wanted to sleep. People talking/shouting, loud music, coming from nearby restaurants (and our windows were shut)

Location was ideal — great shops & restaurants all along our street, short walk to the city center/tourist attractions, easy access to trains & metro. Plus, the apartments have all the amenities of home - kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Couldn’t ask for a better place!
