This is our second time staying here. Amazing location. Apartment is great for two couples. Only issue is we like the windows open at night and it echos a lot. Quite loud on the street at night.

The location was great, walking distance to everything. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed, including well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer amd separate private bedroom. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.
Our only concern was the noise level. You should try to avoid the first floor apartment. Its not the street noise, its just that the room is right next to where the supply closets are, so you can hear the staff banging doors throughout the day, and they do start early in the morning, but end around 6pm. Other than that eveything was great, and if you're out most of the day its not an issue at all.

Location was excellent and the bread supplied to the door every morning was a nice treat- Staff was lovely and helpful.
Bedroom was small and hard to move around in it- bathroom also a bit cramped- expected a balcony from the photo- dishwasher basicly broken as well as trash can under sink.

Central location and love the free drinks and snacks in the lobby where you can relax most of the time.
Space is a bit small but doable. Design of bathroom too dark and shower not as functional since water leaks out.

The apartment is so chic and tasteful - just perfect for our small family of three. Bed is really comfortable and they give you lots of food for a yummy breakfast.
I read a lot of reviews and so I’m very honest when I write one. Our apartment (2D) was incredibly noisy. It was honestly like being on top of a frat house for a few hours. We could just hear constant screaming from the street below. Even with the doors closed, we could hear the noise like it was in the next room., when we closed the wooden doors, the room was very hot and we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner. If they can figure out the noise problem this really is such a perfect hotel. The neighborhood is amazing.

All the comfort of an apartment, along with the service of a hotel. Great space with small kitchen/dining area, as well as a living room. The Deck was spectacular - the view is incredible.
One quibble is the room with the en suite bathroom - ostensibly the master - literally has no place to put unpacked items, let alone a suitcase. There is a tiny little space to hang 4 or 5 items but nothing else.

Checking in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will always remember the fresh pastries in a bag left hanging on the door to eat with our complementary breakfast.
The drawers on the chest of drawers stuck so badly that we could not use them. We reported this to the front desk. The location was great to so many things

Really conveniently located, breakfast provided daily which is really nice. Daily cleaning is great too.
Check in took sometime, and was about 20 mins late than promised. We had to wait in the lobby for about an hour. Staff is really helpful though.

It is a beautiful apartment. Very spacious. The breakfast delivered every day was wonderful. The bottle of wine, chocolates, fruit and cookies that were there when we arrived was a great touch. Lots of light and windows. Loved the balcony and the view of the city and the water. Great central location, and very near trams and other public transportation.
Beatrice at the front desk was SO helpful. She went beyond!
Could have had a little more hot water. But fine if you don't stay in the shower forever.

1. Impeccable daily housekeeping that kept the space consistently clean and comfortable.
2. Fresh bread and treats delivered by the hotel every morning — a delightful way to start the day.
3. Exceptionally kid-friendly service, including a crib and baby bathtub, which we truly appreciated.
4. Prime downtown Lisbon location within easy reach of major attractions.
5. Well-equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer, making longer stays very convenient.

Once we were let in, the code to access the building and room made it easy to come and go. We were within walking distance of all the attractions where we had the most interest. The apartment was very clean and much larger than we anticipated with a lot of space.
Shower would leak from door and the wet floor made using the toilet less desirable unless you didn’t mind getting your feet/socks wet or tracking wet footprints around the apartment. Would have been fine had cleaning staff replenished the towels.

Great location to reach everything in the city center! Loved the breakfast daily in the refrigerator, fruit and daily bread delivery! Beautiful views of the city out the balconies.
One of the bathrooms was a little tight. Otherwise plenty of space for our family of four.

The neighborhood was great. The property was so clean, bed comfortable . Was restocked with coffee, laundry detergent, water, anything that I used was restocked the next day. The shower was hot, never an out of hot water. Bed was comfortable and loved the window shutters so it was dark when we slept. Staff super nice and easy to get in and out of apartment.
We were in apt 1B, our first night was a Friday night. We could hear people on the street below, but it wasn’t terrible and we were jet lagged so slept through it. Other nights were quieter (it was Low tourist season/ January). Other than that everything was great and do recommend this place to stay.
