The location was good, and the apartment was cute, clean, and well stocked. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the daily breakfast was a very nice touch!
Parking garages are a bit of a walk, so plan for that.?
The bedrooms are very small with no place to put luggage. If the window area had a flat bench instead of an armed chair we could have used that area better for luggage.
Our unit the shower wand connector was broken, so there was not a hands free option.

It was a great space very clean and comforting. Compared to just getting a small room somewhere we enjoyed the extra space and the fact that there were two bathrooms is always a plus. A cute little bathtub and a washer which we definitely took advantage of. It was walkable distance to the main city and cute little restaurants around.

The location was perfect to explore the city center and take trains from Cais do Sobre. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed (including iron, well equipped kitchen and etc.).

Host was very friendly and helpful and took our luggage up to the apartment for us as we arrived before check-in time. The location of the property was very convenient. We liked having fresh bread delivered to our door every morning. Getting in and out was very convenient by having the same code for the front door and the room. There was no worry regarding lost or forgotten keys.
We had no complaints. We pretty much liked everything about the property.

Staying here was luxurious and lovely. Having breakfast provided was such a delightful perk and it was so charming to have fresh bread left on the door every morning. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the cleaning service was top notch. And the French balcony was charming! We could watch the swallows in the evening.
The location was excellent for us. An easy walk to many wonderful sites and restaurants.
There is an elevator you can use after going up an initial short flight of stairs. The elevator works great as long as people on upper floor don't forget to shut the door. I mention this only because this would be a real hardship for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues, like my mom.

Very large rooms with kitchenette. Tea kettle and coffee maker in room. Well equipped kitchenette. Good location walking distance to lots of historic sites. Around the corner from Time Out Market. There is a lift. The breakfast was a plate of sliced cheese, turkey and some kind of ham, there were 4 eggs, cereals and milk. The winner was the breads delivered to room daily. It was different daily. Always a delight. The rooms were clean. Room has dishwasher and washer/dryer combo, cooktop. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space to relax.
No washcloths provided. Mini rolls of toilet paper and when we requested we were out it took two attempts and 2 hours to get more.

Great stay in the heart of Lisbon. Everything is within walking distance. We used a taxi, but there is a metro station nearby with a good Pingo Doce grocery store (5min walk). The kitchen was fully equipped. The host brings breakfast (cheese, ham, coffee pods, milk, muesli) the day before (probably during cleaning) and fresh bread in the morning, around 8 AM. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it was fantastic - sunrise view is a big bonus!
Check-in is offline. The host is available during working hours if you have any questions, and he is always available on WhatsApp.

Perfect location to walk everywhere, apartment was large with everything you could possibly need including a fabulous breakfast plus daily fresh rolls and pastries. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great to have a concierge available during the day.

Wonderful
Excellent location; easy to reach transport and several key sites within walking distance. Comfortable apartment with all the amenities we needed. Nice view over the tops of the buildings to the river, and overlooking a quiet back street with restaurants' outdoor seating, which was delightful. The staff were always friendly and efficient.
Bathroom really, really needs more usable space to put guests' stuff. A few small shelves above each other, mounted on the wall between basin and door, would do the trick.
Breakfast arrangement is a bit awkward if you want eggs, just because of the time involved for preparation and clean-up. Not much variation (or quantity) in other things like cold meat/cheese and meat for cooking. Also, the baked items, while always very fresh, leaned heavily to sweet pastries, and the supplier seemed a bit lost for alternatives when we asked for non-sweet. E.g. one morning the bag contained what looked like regular croissants, but they were very sweet, too. We did appreciate the inclusion of the local custard tarts on our last day, though.
