The place was beautiful and had all the amenities you would need. A second bathroom is a plus.
Restricted check in times to speak with concierge. We are on vacation and going on excursions in the morning and coming back late. Never received the extra blankets we asked for.

The location, amenities and modern apartment, fully stocked was fantastic and the reception staff was exceptional. Beatriz Meias, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. We loved the fresh bread delivered to our door every morning and the breakfast treats left daily in the frig. There is clearly a pride of ownership and commitment to customer service reflected in how the facilities are kept and how we were received.

Spacious and well-kept, with daily deliveries of fresh bread and pastries. We enjoyed a delicious spread of meats, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and bottled water. Plus, the location is super convenient – walking distance to amazing restaurants, transportation, and shops!

I loved the comfort, style and location. I loved seeing the river and easily walking to wonderful restaurants and river sites and activities. I loved having fresh breakfast items in the apartment and the daily bakery items delivered. Everything was sparkling clean and beds and linens were very comfortable.

We liked the apartment a lot. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and nicely furnished, featuring two sizeble bathrooms and a very well -equipped kitchen. The rental price included breakfast, as well as coffee and tea. Fresh bread was delivered every morning. The apartment was centrally located, close to many tourist attractions. This was very nice stay.

Charming renovated apartment in a historic building on a quiet street in Chiada. It was an apartment with hotel services including a light breakfast brought to our kitchen each day.
Minor adjustment-add a handrail on the wall beside the tub to improve access in and out of the deep tub.

The location was good, and the apartment was cute, clean, and well stocked. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the daily breakfast was a very nice touch!
Parking garages are a bit of a walk, so plan for that.?
The bedrooms are very small with no place to put luggage. If the window area had a flat bench instead of an armed chair we could have used that area better for luggage.
Our unit the shower wand connector was broken, so there was not a hands free option.

The location was perfect to explore the city center and take trains from Cais do Sobre. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed (including iron, well equipped kitchen and etc.).

It was a great space very clean and comforting. Compared to just getting a small room somewhere we enjoyed the extra space and the fact that there were two bathrooms is always a plus. A cute little bathtub and a washer which we definitely took advantage of. It was walkable distance to the main city and cute little restaurants around.

Host was very friendly and helpful and took our luggage up to the apartment for us as we arrived before check-in time. The location of the property was very convenient. We liked having fresh bread delivered to our door every morning. Getting in and out was very convenient by having the same code for the front door and the room. There was no worry regarding lost or forgotten keys.
We had no complaints. We pretty much liked everything about the property.

Staying here was luxurious and lovely. Having breakfast provided was such a delightful perk and it was so charming to have fresh bread left on the door every morning. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the cleaning service was top notch. And the French balcony was charming! We could watch the swallows in the evening.
The location was excellent for us. An easy walk to many wonderful sites and restaurants.
There is an elevator you can use after going up an initial short flight of stairs. The elevator works great as long as people on upper floor don't forget to shut the door. I mention this only because this would be a real hardship for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues, like my mom.

Very large rooms with kitchenette. Tea kettle and coffee maker in room. Well equipped kitchenette. Good location walking distance to lots of historic sites. Around the corner from Time Out Market. There is a lift. The breakfast was a plate of sliced cheese, turkey and some kind of ham, there were 4 eggs, cereals and milk. The winner was the breads delivered to room daily. It was different daily. Always a delight. The rooms were clean. Room has dishwasher and washer/dryer combo, cooktop. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space to relax.
No washcloths provided. Mini rolls of toilet paper and when we requested we were out it took two attempts and 2 hours to get more.
