The apartment was perfect. It was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The breakfast provided daily was terrific. We received fresh rolls and pastries every morning. Great location and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Almaria da corte Apartments!

Excellent location; easy to reach transport and several key sites within walking distance. Comfortable apartment with all the amenities we needed. Nice view over the tops of the buildings to the river, and overlooking a quiet back street with restaurants' outdoor seating, which was delightful. The staff were always friendly and efficient.
Bathroom really, really needs more usable space to put guests' stuff. A few small shelves above each other, mounted on the wall between basin and door, would do the trick.
Breakfast arrangement is a bit awkward if you want eggs, just because of the time involved for preparation and clean-up. Not much variation (or quantity) in other things like cold meat/cheese and meat for cooking. Also, the baked items, while always very fresh, leaned heavily to sweet pastries, and the supplier seemed a bit lost for alternatives when we asked for non-sweet. E.g. one morning the bag contained what looked like regular croissants, but they were very sweet, too. We did appreciate the inclusion of the local custard tarts on our last day, though.

This was a full two bedroom apartment for my family of four. Everything was wonderful and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We especially loved the fresh breakfast brought to our room daily!
We should have looked into an earlier check in, as we arrived into Lisbon around 730AM. The staff had told us about a coffee shop nearby, which was quite nice, and at 8AM (I think) we were able to leave our luggage. We went out and toured the city until the 3PM check in time, but in retrospect, that was really too much to do after an overnight flight.

I was surprised at how complete the breakfast and coffee offering was. This made it very easy to relax in the beautiful apartment and not rush out. The maid service was also very efficient and accommodating.
I’d have done a load of laundry if there had been soap powder on hand. But this is minor. It was a really lovely, easy, comfortable and thoughtful place to stay for 4 nights.

The property is very well-located (close to the city centre, the water, public transportation, and markets). It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. It also had an incredible amount of space, including two bathrooms - which was amazing to have. The rate was extremely reasonable - so much better than staying in a tiny, cramped hotel room!
Two small things that could be addressed - water from the shower does leak a bit under the door and an either a couple more hooks for towels would be lovely.

Location was great and breakfast okay, fresh baked goods delivered to your door each morning. Close to Cais do Sodré train station and Time Out market. Would definitely stay there again but would request a shower if possible. Very clean and great view of the Tagus River.
We had the room with a bath tub and wished that shower sprayer had a wall attachment. Was difficult to wash your hair and hold the sprayer.

Well, where can I start...Everything was amazing from the beginning until our departure. Although our flight was delayed and I was concerned about getting to the apartment before 6 PM, it was reassuring to receive timely information from the concierge, Pedro, who personally welcomed us to the Almaria building and answered all questions we had. The apartment was very clean, offered a wonderful view, and was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The team went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed. Every day, they delivered food for the breakfast, fresh water, fruits, tea, and coffee. Each morning from 8 AM to 8:30 AM, we found a bag with fresh bread and pastries hanging on our door. The cleaning team came daily, not only taking out the trash and cleaning the apartment, but also changing bed sheets and towels. Concierge Eduardo was very helpful with all our requests and was always available from 9 AM to 6 PM. He arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay again. Thank you so much for making us feel special!

The apartment was so nice. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean. Comfortable and breakfast was added to your refrigerator the day before. Fresh pastries were hung on your door every morning! The staff were more than helpful and attentive to our needs.
The shower could be a little tricky when first starting out, but it worked great once you figured it out
