This is the most wonderful hotel.All the staff are great, but Claudia is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she remembered our names, inoressive, and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous.

Beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a great central location. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
The mattress was quite firm and not very comfortable for our taste.

Location is perfect for wandering the streets of Lisbon.

This hotel was so cute. It was in a great location and felt very safe and secure. The rooms were spacious and AC worked great in the hot summer months. Would absolutely recommend! :)
Since this hotel is a small boutique hotel there were not always staff around at all hours - no major issues with this but at checkout there was no one there since we were leaving in the early morning. No major issues or concerns!

The property’s location is amazing! I loved the boutique style of the place!
The bed. I highly encourage owners to please change the beds. The mattress is old and it sinks in and it’s hard, I spent $180 euros on massages for my husband and I afterwards.

The hotel was small but very attractive. And the staff was extremely friendly by providing local information and helping provide a breakfast when we were departing early.
Perhaps a small refrigerator but otherwise, I loved it!

They gave us so many tips on where to eat, what to see and we’re so kind and polite.

A small boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast with a good range of sweet and savoury food.
As there is no lift it can be a little challenging walking through narrow stairways with heavy luggage. But staff happy to help out.

Great staff in a unique guest house. Stayed on three separate occasions and they kindly managed our excess luggage between stays.
