This hotel was so cute. It was in a great location and felt very safe and secure. The rooms were spacious and AC worked great in the hot summer months. Would absolutely recommend! :)
Since this hotel is a small boutique hotel there were not always staff around at all hours - no major issues with this but at checkout there was no one there since we were leaving in the early morning. No major issues or concerns!

The property’s location is amazing! I loved the boutique style of the place!
The bed. I highly encourage owners to please change the beds. The mattress is old and it sinks in and it’s hard, I spent $180 euros on massages for my husband and I afterwards.

The hotel was small but very attractive. And the staff was extremely friendly by providing local information and helping provide a breakfast when we were departing early.
Perhaps a small refrigerator but otherwise, I loved it!

They gave us so many tips on where to eat, what to see and we’re so kind and polite.

A small boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast with a good range of sweet and savoury food.
As there is no lift it can be a little challenging walking through narrow stairways with heavy luggage. But staff happy to help out.

Amazing boutique hotel in a great location. We did a lot of research before booking our Lisbon hotel and are so relieved that we ended up here. The hotel is so cute and the rooms are HUGE. It was an amazing first hotel after a long travel day (night) in from the states. The location was perfect - walking distance to many sites/cafes and otherwise a quick Uber/Bolt. The staff were friendly and provided us with recommendations upon request. Again, the best part were the rooms - clean and comfortable but also so large.

Staff was efficient, friendly and very helpful. The suite was large and well decorated. Some street noise at night, but quiet after 11 pm. We were not bothered by noise. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation was clean and well lit. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and the buffet was varied and had many delicious choices. Alecrim ao Chiado is a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent breakfast and you can’t beat the location- easy access (most within walking) to a number of areas within the old town. Staff was wonderful and a number of very good restaurants nearby.
The bathroom set up was interesting but it’s Europe.
