perfect location with easy access to so many tourist sites. Close to metro station and tram stops as well for easy access to all areas of Lisbon. Spacious rooms with modern design. Nice breakfast as well with good variety and good service. Outstanding, very helpful staff as well.

The location was excellent but we had no air conditioning in our room.9
The fact there was no A/C and this was not resolved our whole stay. Staff didn’t check up on us - we had to just deal with it.

Nothing honestly I was expecting a lot more, room was very small and dark since all the walls were painted in black, a lot of noise in the hotel and couldn’t even get a water when I called room service at 8am, also the door wouldn’t closed properly unless you put the lock on or slammed it to keep it closed. only thing I liked and made me feel better was that they let me cancel the last night at no cost

Excellent location, comfortable room with beautiful view from room balcony. Parking garage just a few meters away (paid) very handy. Breakfast was very good lots of options and everything was delicious. Recommended!
