We loved this hotel. The staff were great...Luciana in particular was incredibly helpful, and provided great suggestions. The rooms were super clean and really well stocked. Loved the location... A short walk to everything.
The bathroom in the studio apartment was see through. I don't understand that. They switched us to a great one bedroom with a regular bathroom, but then charged is 30 Euros per night extra. I didn't think that was great.

The staff was over the top lovely and helpful. And the location is fantastic. I could walk to tons of tourist attractions. Great food all around. And public transport super close.
The only bad thing I can say is that the sound proofing could be better. I was across from the elevator, and I could hear it beep loud and clear.

Location was awesome, even for being in an area where there's night life, it was generally quiet when trying to sleep. The staff is very nice. Having luggage storage was nice for early arrivals and late departures. The water from the sink is potable, so it was easy to stay hydrated without having to buy a ton of water bottles. It was a nice place to stay for the week! We also were advised of laundry on the premises but didn't wind up using it.
The setup of the room itself was a bit of culture shock for us haha. The entire wall and door to the bathroom are glass. There are shades for the shower stall and a part of the bathroom, but the shades do not keep the toilet out of full view... If someone is in bed, the person on the toilet can be making eye contact. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't our favorite.The photos online were more general and of all of the apartments offered at the location rather than the specific apartment, so we weren't aware that is what would be offered. That said, we loved it here!

The room was immaculately clean. We had everything we needed to prepare light snacks. The staff was helpful and kind. The location was perfect for walking to historic sites and restaurants.
The only negative was the bed. I thought it would be a queen size but it was two twin beds pushed together so my wife and I had to sleep under separate covers. However, the linens were of good quality, very clean and the mattress was comfortable so not a huge problem.

This hotel was lovely and in a great location from which to explore Lisbon. We had everything we needed in the room for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well appointed. We found the bed comfortable, but we like a firm mattress, which this definitely was. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
The only minor complaint is that the hot water didn't get as hot as I prefer, but it was still acceptable.

Beautiful apartment with high quality fittings
Few maintenance issues, the air conditioning (meaning we were freezing in the first night) which was quickly rectified the next day. Leaking tap.
I also didn’t like the 10 euro fee for late check in, despite me informing them multiple times before arrival. This was collecting a key from a box so I didn’t think justified the fee. It actually got left off our final bill - maybe due to our heating issue.

Great location, very central
Hospitality was phenomenal!
Room was exceptional, offering complimentary coffee, tea and water. They had heat in the room for the colder days. Courtyard was beautiful, perfect to lounge in. Really enjoyed having a safe in the room as well as ample closet space for clothes.
The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but everyone is different!

I loved the location and the staff were all so kind and welcoming! The garden terrace and the exposed exterior made the room feel unique and not a cookie cutter room.
I wish I would have brought slippers for walking around on the concrete floors. Also wish there was a TV in the bedroom.

The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of room to stretch out. It was very clean and comfortable. Because it was a hotel apartment we were greeted by a host who was always available to answer any questions. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We loved the location-close to markets, trains, and restaurants.
I think our biggest complaint is we needed more time to enjoy the city. To stay a week would allow you to enjoy more of what Lisbon has to offer.

Location was great, close to Time Out Market and many other restaurants, shops and bakeries. Property is clean, easy to find and safe. reception staff were helpful and friendly. appreciated the free laundry facilities on site. Our apartment had small outside space which was nice.
