The room we had was absolutely beautiful! Sound proof was so perfect and we loved the high ceilings and the lovely furniture.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in a great location close enough but far enough to not be right on the middle of all the touristy action. I remember my reaction when stepping into the lobby for the first time and seeing the lovely space that was redone so tastefully.
The apartment was comfortable and spacious enough for two people with lots of beautiful natural light and windows. The water pressure and rainfall shower was AMAZING. Beds firm and comfortable. And my goodness the breakfast delivered to our door in a beautiful canvas bag - warm croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, yogurt and granola, ham and Brie, pastéis de nata , creme and delicious coffee … was such a wonderful added touch!!

Luciana and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Room was great and the terrace was a real treat.
Unfortunately, the elevator was broken but the staff pitched in and caused us no major inconvenience.

I absolutely loved my stay here! It was so clean and nice and in a great location. The staff is SOO friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lisbon.
My only negative was the beds are a little hard. Not a big deal at all though

Our stay at the São Paulo serviced apartments was wonderful! It allowed us the luxury of a hotel with the space of an apartment. The apartment was in an incredible location— close to cafes, restaurants and walkable to many tourist attractions. The staff was so pleasant and helpful —making us feel at home. We traveled with a young child, so the in room breakfast was a nice touch— a simple breakfast with fruit, yogurt, breads, and jams. They were also able to provide us early check-in, a baby crib and a high chair. We also had a nice balcony to have an evening glass of wine— there was no view— but that was mainly because the apartment is in the middle of the city and surrounded by other buildings. It was extremely convenient, clean and we will definitely return to stay at São Paulo.

Water pressure is strong and I filled my kettle with water and decorated the floor, myself and counter. Just be warned. The location is great, the front desk workers were incredible and kind. The courtyard was gorgeous. I loved the furniture and the little balcony. The bed was a bit hard but my mom liked it. Was really nice and I’m so glad we started the trip off here.
The dryer took a while but that’s normal. The glass doors for the bathroom was odd. Imagine trying to shower and use the bathroom and if the blinds were not pulled you could see the person you are staying with.

Staff was so accommodating, thoughtful and very responsive. They made arrangements for airport transfer. Made excellent recommendations on places to eat. The provided the most beautiful continental breakfast for us to have ready prior to an early tour. Gorgeous facilities within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, eat, and explore.
That we had to leave so soon!

I liked that we were able to check-in a little earlier, and Luciana, Thaina, and Meire were very nice and helpful!
The second bathroom was small, and the sink was in the shower, which was odd.

The breakfast was delicious-rooms really clean and the staff was very accommodating with making up the pull out couch for my friend.
I didn't like that I was not told to cancel transportation 24 hrs in advance and charged 30Euros that had to be in cash.
That's almost 2X an Uber lift.

We had an amazing time here! The apartment was modern, spacious, very quiet, super clean, with a stunning bathroom! We also had a balcony where we could enjoy the breakfast. It's in the heart of Lisbon in a beautiful area. The hotel also has a beautiful yard, and in general, the place had great vibes. And above all, the staff was fantastic - the ladies at the reception (Thaina, Luciana and another one whose name I forgot) were super friendly, kind and always willing to help! We will definitely return!

Location was great, close to Time Out Market and many other restaurants, shops and bakeries. Property is clean, easy to find and safe. reception staff were helpful and friendly. appreciated the free laundry facilities on site. Our apartment had small outside space which was nice.

The apartment was very comfortable, with excellent facilities and plenty of space. Safe neighborhood. Great staff. Nice garden.
With the closure of the funiculars, it was a bit of a walk to public transportation but doable.
