This hotel was lovely and in a great location from which to explore Lisbon. We had everything we needed in the room for a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well appointed. We found the bed comfortable, but we like a firm mattress, which this definitely was. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
The only minor complaint is that the hot water didn't get as hot as I prefer, but it was still acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Luxury bed and pillows, towels, mini bar plus welcome complimentary coffee water. Welcoming professional reception.

Beautiful apartment with high quality fittings
Few maintenance issues, the air conditioning (meaning we were freezing in the first night) which was quickly rectified the next day. Leaking tap.
I also didn’t like the 10 euro fee for late check in, despite me informing them multiple times before arrival. This was collecting a key from a box so I didn’t think justified the fee. It actually got left off our final bill - maybe due to our heating issue.

Great location, very central
Hospitality was phenomenal!
Room was exceptional, offering complimentary coffee, tea and water. They had heat in the room for the colder days. Courtyard was beautiful, perfect to lounge in. Really enjoyed having a safe in the room as well as ample closet space for clothes.
The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but everyone is different!

The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of room to stretch out. It was very clean and comfortable. Because it was a hotel apartment we were greeted by a host who was always available to answer any questions. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We loved the location-close to markets, trains, and restaurants.
I think our biggest complaint is we needed more time to enjoy the city. To stay a week would allow you to enjoy more of what Lisbon has to offer.

I loved the location and the staff were all so kind and welcoming! The garden terrace and the exposed exterior made the room feel unique and not a cookie cutter room.
I wish I would have brought slippers for walking around on the concrete floors. Also wish there was a TV in the bedroom.

Location was great, close to Time Out Market and many other restaurants, shops and bakeries. Property is clean, easy to find and safe. reception staff were helpful and friendly. appreciated the free laundry facilities on site. Our apartment had small outside space which was nice.

54 São Paulo Apartments is an absolutely ideal spot for a Lisbon trip. Located a few steps from the Time Out Market and the Cais de Sodre and right near the main tram line, it is ideally located. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed with a lovely open concept and clean, elegant decor. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were among the nicest we’ve ever had in a hotel/rental.
There isn’t anything not to like.

The property is in a central location , Time Out Market a few blocks away with great food. Great central patio in the building. We stayed in a 2 bedroom lots of room.

We liked everything about our stay, our hosts and their responsiveness. We also loved that they were able to arrange tours for us. Breakfast was good the one day that we had it. The room was really attractive and the tv stations were good, water pressure was good in the bathroom, etc.
I wish the bed had been a bit softer. My husband likes hard beds, so, he was happy but for me it was too hard. I also recommend providing paper towels. In every other way though our stay was great and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you to Maide and Luciana!

Room was clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend adding breakfast, it comes to your room daily and was a lovely start to the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is close to the river putting it at a low point in the city. The river walks were lovely, but access to the rest of the city was a climb.
