The Hotel is located in a historic area which is not only beautiful but also quiet. The moment we entered the Hotel, Thainá welcomed us in such a warm and friendly way, we immediately felt at home. The room was so beautifully decorated and the view was amazing.
We ordered breakfast for the first morning which was a luxury being delivered to our room, it was fresh, tasty and just wonderful.
Thainá even helped us with our washing when we didn't feel so well, thank you so much. I can 100% recommend staying here.

The apartment is wonderful. We had an amazing view from our room's balcony. The apartment itself is very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. There are a proper bedrooms with comfortable beds, plus a spacious living/kitchen room with a sofa bed, which made it perfect even for a longer stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: a coffee machine, toaster, and all the necessary appliances. Everything felt cozy, clean, and well-organized.
The location is excellent: close to the metro station, public transport, major attractions, and the historic districts of Lisbon. Getting around the city was very easy.
However, the absolute biggest advantage of this place is the staff. The person who welcomed us was simply outstanding. Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name at the time, but based on other reviews, we believe it was Soraia. Her friendliness, attention, and willingness to help completely overshadow any minor imperfections of our stay. She was incredibly kind and helpful with everything - from recommendations on what to see and do in Lisbon to practical help like laundry. This level of care truly made us feel welcome, and it’s something we don’t experience very often.
There were a few small maintenance issues. The bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and required some effort, especially if you wanted to do it quietly. One of the lamps had a problem with the lampshade, and the upper blinds did not open using the button as expected.
These are very minor details that did not affect our overall stay and seem more like things that simply haven’t been fixed yet rather than serious problems.

We spent 2 nights here in June. The host Soraia was super friendly and made the check in/check out seamless. I love the car service to the airport. The apartment was very well-kept and clean, it felt like home (I was delighted to see a functional kitchen and decently sized fridge; the bathroom was gorgeous, as was the view from the balcony - Deluxe penthouse with terrace).

I must start by saying the staff is a maiden and do everything they can do the fifth and take care of your needs. That is reason enough to stay there, but it is a cozy little apartment has all the amenities and the creeks in the floor in the old wood floor make it even better if you want to experience culture and great customer service it is a place you should visit.
I could say the only thing that I didn’t like about the property was nothing. It was awesome. Yes, it could be a little higher and maybe have a little bit more of a view, but it is amazing.

This is historic building and we wanted the authentic Lisbon experience. The property has everything you can ask for and hosts are warm and welcoming! We loved Lisbon and the views were stunning from our apartment. The apartment itself was so cozy and everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Santa Catarina was a beautiful charming stay in Lisbon, everything was great from the apartments to the location. Ana at the reception made us feel at home during our five day stay. Highly recommend!

We showed up, buzzed the door and someone came to meet us, there is someone on site early to late. We met about 5 of the people who are on the staff and they were all very helpful. We needed a taxi to the airport and they arranged it. The room was large, it was air conditioned, had a nice fridge, and a cute little balcony. The couch was a little odd, but serviceable. It was a few blocks off the beaten path, but in a cute neighborhood and about a 15 minute walk from the main Lisbon squares. FYI, everything is uphill in Lisbon, everything!

Perfect location in the old town on a quiet street. Easy walk to all the historic areas, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment has been nicely redone — modern appliances mixed with cool original features. We really liked the exposed old walls worked into the design, it gave the place so much character.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable. There’s also a cute terrace with a table and chairs overlooking a green courtyard full of bougainvilleas. The only thing we wished was that the apartment was one floor higher for a better view over the trees.
The reception staff were great — very friendly and helpful, gave us tons of tips on local spots and how to get around. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d definitely recommend it.

the most beautiful property possible. We stayed in 2 different apartments - both were extremely comfy, spacious, with a large sleeping room, a large living room, equipped with all the needed amenities, and so beautifully designed! As to the team, no words to describe how authentically charming, welcoming, professional, and friendly they are. When we asked if they had a laundry machine in the building, not only did they refer us to it, but they also took our laundry and did it for us. The neighborhood itself is packed with chic coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants, and doesn't feel touristy. We can't wait to come back, and no words are enough to recommend it.
We liked everything here, but consider that this is an old renovated building, and does not have an elevator, so you need to carry your luggage to your room and climb stairs up and down (they can solve it for you with a beautiful ground floor apartment with a garden). No big issue (and they helped us with the bags), but required awareness. The internet speed in the room could be improved.

Great little boutique hotel in a neighborhood area with wonderful staff. Rooms are well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything and very friendly people abound. Lots of little restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The road to the hotel is closed, making it hard to get there. The roads leading to adjacent areas are small and mostly one-way, so it wasn't easy to get there.
