They helped arrange a pickup service from the airport. The apartment itself was so clean! The location was close to the main center but far enough from the busy loud streets with people and traffic! I would highly recommend staying to all my friends!

We had a totally faultless stay at Santa Catarina as a group of 3 staying in one of the apartments. The location is excellent, with loads of exceptional food and drink options a few minutes walk away and easy access to the 28 tram. The room itself is beautifully presented, with small touches like Portuguese wine, toiletries etc all thought of. However it was the hospitality from Alejandra and Ana that made the stay so special. From the moment of booking, they were so helpful and kind, helping us with everything from payment queries to dinner reservations. They even dried a swimming costume before we left so our luggage wouldnt get soggy! We cant wait to come back to Lisbon and stay here again. Thank you Alejandra and Ana!

Staff was amazing. Location perfect, even for downtown.
Noisiness: Garden faced room had yard with several dogs. They start bark at AM 7. Besides of it there was neighbour house renovation. The vibration and noise started at 08.00 ( permission in Portugal)

The apartment we stayed in was beautiful, spacious, clean and stylish. We love it so much we were tempted to stay in the whole time. We also had the option of having breakfast delivered which came in a picnic basket and had granola, yoghurt, fruit and warm rolls and croissant and juice- Id highly recommend it

Well equipped apartment with all the amenities you could ask for, including a laundry room next to the reception. The room was clean, with plenty of space for luggage and just lounging around. The reception was also very responsive - they are there most of the day, and always available on Whatsapp.
Unfortunately, there are a number of dogs barking around the neighbourhood, which can be disruptive. This isn't the hotel's fault of course, but just want to highlight this for those who like some peace and quiet. Also, if we were to stay again, we would request a room on a lower floor if possible as there's no elevator. We we had a high floor which meant we did have to go up and down the stairs several times a day. Some people might find that challenging, but we got used to it!

We loved this boutique property, its location was amazing and the apartment was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The girls were super helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
We really appreciated the suggestions on arrival, really makes a difference.
Love to come back one day.
