Trendy. Nice layout. Great breakfast.
While the front staff was fluent in English and eager to help, there printed directions always managed to get us lost. I think this is a fault of Lisbon more so than the hotel.
Our one dinner was mediocre.

Very clean and all staff so nice and friendly . Andreas on reception couldnt have been any better-advised on everything and spent lots of relaxed time answering all our questions about where to go and what to do to make the most of our holiday.

Greeting on our arrival was brilliant. Breakfasts were lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful
The first room we were put in. Faced a busy road and the shower was awful. But for the other nights the room we were swopped to was perfect. The area outside the immediate vicinity of the square was not too good.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
There was a good selection on the breakfast buffet. It was easy to walk or get the Metro from the hotel to anywhere in the city.
The cooked breakfasts could have been better.
We arrived back from a full day out to find our room was unlocked, luckily nothing had been taken and reception did fix the issue as soon as we informed them.

My stay at the hotel was generally enjoyable, with excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, and a great location near local attractions. The available facilities also enhanced my overall experience.
There was a consistent issue with breakfast, particularly with how eggs were prepared. Improving this would make the morning meal more satisfying.

The design of the hotel is stunning and contemporary. The bedroom was lovely and spacious and loved the windows! Breakfast was amazing! Great selection and delicious! Reception staff were amazing! We got an upgrade which was a lovely surprise and their knowledge of the area and they were able to sort out ideas and routes for sightseeing. The WhatsApp message service was brilliant!
Facilities in the bedroom were a little
Lacking. There were no teabags or milk for a drink, but when we asked for some the staff were straight on to sorting it out for us. Breakfast was delicious but service was slow.

Gorgeous boutique hotel surrounded by great restaurants and bars - but you wont want to go to any of them - the Infame restaurant at 1908 Lisboa is superb and we just couldnt go past it to eat anywhere else! Must try dishes are the cod and the hummus!!! Ask for a room on the pointy end of the building (111,211, 311 etc) - they are amazing with their three huge windows and enormous bathroom! About 200m walk to Intendente subway station which connects you to everywhere or any easy 10min walk down to the main mall. Highly recommended!
Not quite in the centre of the tourist hotspots but quite nice to be able to get away from it all the same!

The most impressive thing about this hotel is the staff. I had my wallet stolen within about 30 minutes of arriving. Andre, my hero, was there to help out with everything. I wasn't sure how I was going to pay for the next 6 days of my trip in Portugal but Andre had me PayPal him some euros and the hotel gave me the cash. The entire team went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Additionally, the hotel was very nice, the breakfast was delicious and the location is great.
