Well located with nearby metro restaurants etc .. the staff was attentive and friendly and the room comfortable… also generous breakfast
I think the coffee in breakfast could improve a little .. it’s wrong to put cocoa powder on coffee.. we aren’t in the 90’s anymore

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great interior design and room well set up. Good location close to public transport and walkable to Cais do Sodre. Breakfast excellent. I had dinner one evening too - incredible food and service.

1). The friendliness of the staff 2). Despite an early arrival, upon request, the staff granted me an early check-in which was just amazing since I had an early arrival into Lisbon - super! 3). The room - just wow! Amazing, comfy and I was given the delicious pastel de nata and the ginja at the room complementary! 4). Delicious breakfast

We loved the art in our room and in pu lic spaces. The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The sheets and bedding were comfortable too
The neighborhood was a bit off the beaten path, but we loved the architecture of the classic building
