I had a truly wonderful 24-hour stay at Lisbon 1869 Boutique Hotel. After a very long journey and a 10-hour flight, I arrived extremely tired, and Angelino was simply extraordinary. He kindly allowed me to check into my room earlier, which made such a difference after a long-haul trip. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly warm and attentive. Ryan was also absolutely adorable and so helpful. They made me feel completely at home. I was welcomed with a lovely glass of wine, and both of them were always available to help with anything I needed — recommending beautiful places for breakfast, lovely walks, and sharing great local tips. The location of the hotel is just fantastic: peaceful, beautifully situated, and everything can be done on foot. As soon as you step outside, there are so many charming little places to discover. My stay was truly a joy from beginning to end. The value for money is exceptional, and I will absolutely come back and recommend this hotel. A heartfelt thank you to Ryan and Angelino — they were simply fabulous and made my arrival in Lisbon so smooth and gentle after such a long journey. I hope to see you again very soon.

Location of this hotel is central to the city and it also gives a vintage feel with the tiling on the walls and according furniture. Staff is very polite and helpful. We were very pleased with the card created for us in Hindi language. We would definately recommend this hotel to all esp. families.

This is the most impressive hotel I’ve ever lived among hundreds hotel in Europe and Asian. This hotel staff provide timely help for various aspects. This place is close to prosperous region of Lisbon, ten minutes of walking, suitable for tourists. The hotel staff recommended local restaurants nearby, which I found very authentic and just 500 meters away. The room is clean and tidy. At night, it is quiet. I enjoy nice sleeping here.
This place is nearly perfect. The hotel might consider prepare HDMI cable for TV inside.

The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. The traditional azulejos on the walls added an authentic Portuguese atmosphere that I really loved. Breakfast was good and varied: cheeses, fresh vegetables, eggs, yogurt, fruits, chocolate spreads, and different types of bread — everything you need to start the day comfortably. The location is a big plus: close to a beautiful viewpoint over the city, and within walking distance of Chiado and the Baixa neighborhoods. Overall, a great stay and a place I’d definitely recommend.
At first sight, the lobby felt a bit small and there was a noticeable smell, so I was honestly a little skeptical. But the moment I entered the room, my impression completely changed.

We enjoyed breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that our room was located on the top floor, which meant a lot of stairs to get to the room.
