The kitchen amenities and the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The receptionist staff are super friendly and helpful.
The wifi wasn't really working. The area didn't feel safe for women. Our AC was leaking during our stay.

This place is very well connected to major tourist spots in Lisbon via metro. Walking to Baixa-Chiado is about 20-30m, very doable if the weather is good. There's a Pingo Doce right across and many affordable restaurants, Portuguese and international, in the area. Nice bakery next door. Vanessa was exceptionally helpful in getting us settled in and responding to questions.
Queen bed for 1 BD apartment was comfortable, pull-out sofa bed was sagging in middle (ok for kids, not adults).

Very nice location near a few markets, many restaurants, the metro, and an easy walk to most places. The staff was incredibly friendly and always had a smile and a warm greeting. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you'd need to cook and to clean including a dishwasher, laundry machine, and clothing drying rack.
The studio was bright and had a heater/air con for comfort. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice bathroom which included bath soap and a hair dryer. Literally everything to make yourself at home. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel had an elevator which was also nice and it was generally very quiet with little to no noise from neighbours or the street.
A very relaxing place to rest after a day of sight seeing and exploring. They also have luggage storage and after hours check in which was very nice. We would stay again and thank you for having us.

Near Metro station or you have the option to walk to downtown with all the touristy spots…less than 2mi
Breakfast place beside the building and grocery store across the street are both very convenient
Parking lot is very close to the property, we parked our car and kept it there for 3 days while we explore Lisbon and Sintra for 3 days …very safe!
Elevator was not working! No big deal for us…we stayed at the 3rd floor.
WiFi was not working in our room on the first day but Lillian gave us another access / password and it was good from then on

Great location and very convenient place to stay and well equipped apartment. Staff is very friendly and always accessible. Close to the metro station and many supermarkets around.
Nothing. Maybe one small suggestion it would be good if you add sheer curtains to the room for a privacy during the daytime. When thick ones are used then no natural light.

The location is great, close to the metro station, two super Markets near by. The building and the apartment are super clean.
The area is not the best, very messy streets. The apartment is not sound proof, could hear lots of noises from other apartments, loud tv and etc.

Close to everything. The room was clean and everything felt secure
The shower door did not close properly and took a lot of effort. Also, the shower was very narrow. Bending down for anything was an automatic movement of the shower knob which was not fun at all

The hotel apartment is well situated on a main road within the city center and the metro/subway a few meters from the door. This provided easy travel to the historical and tourist areas.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful regarding local travel tips as well as nearby places to eat. We couldn't have asked for more.
The WiFi connection in our apartment was sporadic and the Smart TV had a controller that did not allow us to navigate to the apps that interested us.

Vanessa with her smile and helpful nature made us very welcome as soon as we arrived .Very efficiently she checked us in and gave information on our apartment and the local area.
It was a great start to a very comfortable stay.
The studio apartment is compact but had everything we needed.

THE Apartment was clean and easy to use.
I needed a haircut and shave ,right across the road was a barber who was very good and charged 8 euros ..very happy.
Very close to supermarket banks and restaurants as well as subway access.
All in all a very nice stop over for 4 night's.
The bathroom was clean ,modern ana a good size but like all showers I have experienced in Portugal,it was very compact .
