Everything from the staff to the location. The comfortable bed and great shower. The kitchen facilities were great to have. The parking was great. This will definitely be a place we recommend and come back to.

Everything was fantastic - air conditioner for temperature regulation, kitchen, bathroom, all kind of towels, even for beach, hair dryer - everything you need! Very responsive staff, in reception they gave us a map of Lagos, with places we need to see and parking spots. Near the villa is beach, very convenient. We loved it!

Nice and close to a beautiful beach, and we loved having access to a pool. Kitchen was spacious and the air con was helpful in the hot climate!
A bit far from the main town, you would need a car to access shops and restaurants. Shower was a bit tricky as well.

Quiet with comfortable bed and spacious room perfect for a couple. Facilities are nice and it has a good, private pool with a patio and barbeque. There was a home being constructed across the street but the only time we heard the noise is on the unit patio in the a.m. but it was not intrusive. You can walk to a beach with two restaurants (the restaurants were closed the first night when we arrived after 9 pm and tried to get dinner, we did not try them during our stay). Best if you have a car so as to access other beaches and the many restaurants closer to and within Lagos downtown.
It would be nice to have a small stove cooktop so you could cook if you chose to without only option being microwave or outside bbq.

Location is excellent, quick walk to the beach and easy driving distance to center of Lagos. The pictures made me expect a small studio but it was actually spacious and perfect for the two of us. The kitchenette had enough supplies to cook a simple meal at home.

If you have a car, it is close everywhere (5 min). The room was really big!
The hairdryer must be turned on by a switch outside of the bathroom - it would be nice if it was written somewhere :)

Room was spacious and clean. Once you do arrive at the beach, it is certainly pleasant enough, with cliffs, tidal pools and other nice natural features. Although checkin was complicated and there was no concierge on site, we were able to reach an info desk by phone when we had a question. Convenient parking, nice kitchen and living area, nice terrace (but unfortunately no view)
Checkin was at a separate building in a different part of town. The property itself is in a kind of no-mans land with lots of similar apartment complexes piled up on a hillside, and a number either still under construction or seemingly already abandoned. The advertised 'few steps walk to the beach' is through this unpleasant area, and up and and down a sometimes steep uneven stone path. The ocean and beach are not visible because of the piled up buildings around the property, giving it a claustrophobic feel even though the room has its own terrace (facing another building development).
