Suite size was very large, had separate living/dining area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. We did not have a rental car so we had to call Ubers for longer day trips, but it was only a 10-15 walk to get to Old Town where all the restaurants, beaches, and marina were. The hotel was also a 3 minute walk to a nice grocery store where we could buy food and drinks. Hotel also had a very nice restaurant, but we preferred to walk down to Old Town for dinners. The pool was clean and had many nice chairs. The washing machine was also nice to have as we were there for several days and did alot of exercise.
Had to ask for a hair dryer at front desk. Sad that they had to do that- maybe had people steal the hair dryers? Odd. Not really the hotel's fault.

Wonderful
Beautiful property. Wonderful breakfast. Even with construction behind the hotel, it was quiet. Mist of the stiff was wonderful. 15 min walk to the boardwalk and ocean.
I gave a lower staff rating because of one, young condescending girl who felt it acceptable to call me stupid in Portuguese and I was walking away because I asked about towels for the pool. Unfortunately this wasn’t the only issue we had with her.

Room was comfortable and huge! Good location, walking distance to most things.
We arrived at 3.45pm. Reception said room wasn't available till 4pm. We came back at 4pm and waited until 4.40pm to be checked in. Also towels to come to our room took longer. Then only gave us two for three travelers. Other than that it was lovely.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay and the conditions that were imposed on me.
Five days before my arrival, I was informed that I had to change apartments due to the presence of my 14-year-old child. This change forced me to pay an additional €400, on top of the €1,000 already paid in February 2025, five months prior to my arrival.
I do not understand why this request was not made at the time of the initial payment. This would have allowed me to make an informed decision, or even to choose another, more suitable option.
In the end, I paid €1,300 for 5 days in a 3-star establishment with no entertainment or activities, which I consider to be overpriced for the services provided. This experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations created at the time of booking.

Disappointing
Location was good. Close to the beach and to the Old Town.
Cleaning staff only came twice during our 7-night stay. When they came it was 4pm. This was not an ideal time to come clean because we would typically leave the hotel at 9am and return around 3pm for a rest and a shower before leaving for the evening. We had to ask to have clean bed sheets after 4 nights. It was very difficult to get fresh towels. The shower gel dispenser was empty on the first day. There was a rat running around the dining room during breakfast one morning.

Lovely, spacious apartment with comfortable beds, downstairs toilet as well as the bathroom upstairs with a fabulous shower, terrace with table and chairs, good wardrobe space. It was very clean on our arrival. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Two pools to choose from, lots of space and sun beds. About a 20 minute walk down into the Old town which we didn't mind and Bolt (taxis) are very cheap if you don't want to walk back up!
Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss! We were told the apartment would be cleaned every day, however, at least two days were missed, and on the other days sometimes the beds were made, other days not! The bathroom was not cleaned at all during our stay. Clean towels only provided every 3 days and we did have to ask for this, as that day housekeeping didn't visit.

We stayed for 3 nights on the second floor unit. It was spacious, bright and airy apartment. Good location as it was close to the city center but not in the middle of everything. Mini market across the street had our basic needs and fresh fruits. Sunrays Kitchen a block away from the hotel had amazing lunch menu. Everything in the apartment worked as intended and patio gave a roomy feeling.
The hotel / apartment needs to invest in good quality of pillows & solid sofa as well as luggage stand/rack or wood bench for guests to place belongings.

The room we got for people was pretty spacious, huge trace, Equipments are very good and clean in the house and kitchen, our trace was right front of the pool in total I love this hotel!
Then only thing is that I found the check-in and check-out times quite inconvenient. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am, which means we lose a significant portion of the day on both ends. Considering we’re paying for a full day, it doesn’t feel entirely fair. Like not fair at all! Like 2:00 pm and 12:00 noon is normal but 4:00 pm and 11:00 is something pretty unfair and inconvenience!

The location, lovely 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach or old town. Two pools were great and very well looked after. The apartment was spacious and modern.
The bed was hard and pillows not very comfortable. Be useful to have an iron and ironing board.
