Beautiful property with fabulous location - only short was from Praia Dona Ana. Yummy breakfast with great coffee!
Only small downside is loud live music late into the night from nearbye bar/club (bring ear plugs!)

We stayed here 6 days and five nights. This small boutique type hotel with only 15 units on the property exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff, including Summer and Anais were so warm and kind, going out of their way to make sure we became familiar with the grounds, the Lagos area, town and beaches. The property itself is a calming garden oasis, surrounded by greenery, plants, flowers, grassy areas and a gorgeous pool, and each room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. About a 20 minute walk to central Old Lagos and 7 minutes to Praia Dona Ana beach, yet secluded from it all to provide that retreat feeling. Absolutely a wonderful stay and experience. If you have breakfast included in your stay, it is filled with tasteful options and the staff serves it is the small dining area, outside in the beautiful gardens, or even on a tray you can take to your room or patio.
Nothing, except through no responsibility of the property, many of the local beaches were overrun with algae on the sands and in the water. Unfortunate, but we still found some areas along the coast elsewhere with clean and gorgeous waters.

The grounds were really well landscaped and decorated. Our room was well appointed. Great breakfast. Easy walk into downtown Lagos or out to the lighthouse. Summer really went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
I do not have any complaints.

The staff was excellent and super helpful. The included breakfast was great, and the property was gorgeous. We did a day just at the pool and it was perfect. A close walk to the beach; I highly recommend staying here!!

Good
Property and room were unique (or some might say quaint). It was reasonably quiet, well ventilated and brightly lit. As the weather was cool and damp we did not use the pool although it looked inviting. We did sit out for one day on the balcony when the sun shone - nice view. Walked to the old town and beach/boardwalks - all easy walking distances. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Kitchen and counter area were a bit small and could have been slightly better equipped. The WIFI was a bit finicky. If you are driving, there is no parking on site, it was available on the street but not always easy to find.

Very Good
- very original character, ‘moorish’ style
- the garden and the building style
- the TV is ridiculous small, 25cm
Probably a computer monitor

Balcony in the romantic suite was lovely and the room was well-decorated, including the clawfoot bathtub.
Breakfast was delicious.
Anais was an excellent and knowledgeable concierge; her helping us created an elevated experience.
Summer was also extremely thoughtful and helpful
Wifi is touch and go.
Housekeeping was a bit unreliable
Pretty glass containers for soap was nice, but not too safe in the shower.
Studio 4 can be noisy from the upstairs activity.

Good
The location was very good, very close to the ocean, also the city center was very easy and close to reach.
Very nice gardens and friendly staff.
Kitchenette equipped with what you might need.
The room that we got was in the ground floor, most of other guests were walking by our windows, for privacy matters the night shades had to be closed. The breakfast room was right next door, and there was noise coming from the kitchen.
Sound isolation is pretty bad, when the guest upstairs are taking a shower or just walking, it seems that they are in your apartment.
Also since the accommodation was on the ground floor it was the same as staying in the basement. Barely any ventilation and lots of moisture. Even the clothes in the closet seemed humid.

Beautiful scenery everywhere you looked, a peaceful and zen atmosphere with birds chirping, incredibly kind and caring staff who truly made the experience special, and a delicious, personalized breakfast.
The key was a bit difficult to use, and the WiFi was sometimes unreliable.

I loved the charm and beauty of the property. Well manicured, luscious gardens, winding stone paths through out the property and several soothing fountains.
It is a peaceful, secluded paradise away from the downtown but close enough to the beaches and the boardwalk along the cliffs. The stone walled rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. A large bathroom and dressing area. The cozy studio was thoughtfully and elegantly decorated.
The staff very accommodating and friendly. The owner of the property charming and amicable.
And the breakfast served was beautiful delicious.
I would highly recommend staying here.
