Convenient location with exceptionally clean, fully equipped rooms. The property is beautifully landscaped with a well maintained salt water pool. The host Luis and his staff made sure we had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Quinta dos Caracois.

The residence was delightful. Clean and well laid out. Our host was very accommodating and spoke good English. He was able to direct us to all the sights and sounds we were hoping to find.
Beds were too firm for us but if you like firm they are perfect.

The property had no air condition and the apartment was extremely hot and had a door instead of a window in the bedroom that I couldn’t open for fresh air while sleeping.

Perfect cleanliness, spacious apartment.
That was the Apartment Nr. 2 wich got lot of negative comments. We had luck with the weather (cool nights) but i can believe on hot days this apartment is very uncomfortable because don't have air conditioner and no windows. It has 3 big doors but without mosquito net - it means you can't leave them open. We don't have problem.

It was a lovely apartment with everything we needed to enjoy our time there.. We needed more of a layed back week as we had been going full force and this was the perfect place. We sat by pool which was lovely, ate meals on a terrace outside our apartment and enjoyed the lovely gardens. Luis our host was very friendly and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean. It was a wonderful week.
Not much we did not like.. There were tiny ants there but not any fault of owners.0

spacious well equipped apartment. As described it is outside the town but only a few minutes drive away and parking is straightforward. With a car easy to visit the wide variety of beaches and coast on the South and West of Portugal.

Loved that there were not so many people due to smaller numbers of units. Made for a more personal experience. Did not feel crowded and sharing facilities was done with respect and enjoyable.
The beds were uncomfortable. Too hard and the double was only a double. In the heat much nicer to have a bigger master bed and generally softer all around. The smell from drains was not pleasant, but it was everywhere in Portugal.

Lovely place to stay. Good sized apartment for the 2 of us. Everything we could have needed was supplied. Nice small pool as well.
Would return again and this isn't the usual type of place we would stay.
