Great staff, big parking spot, very nice and quiet location, supermarket at proximity, cool bohemian farm vibe.
One of my room windows did not lock. Since it's a private domain I was not worried, but it's the only thing that could have been improved.

Loved having our own apartment with all facilities you need for a longer stay. The pool area was amazing and so good to come back to on a hot day. Great to sit out on your own veranda overlooking the pool. The property was so well looked after felt like home.

Quiet, swimming pools, beautiful grounds. Animals to view(pigs, goats, ponies , horses, sheep). Resident cats. BBQs & multiple seating locations. All staff very friendly.

The accommodation has everything you need, modern and functional. The patios are lovely.
But what makes this place special are the outdoor spaces. Two beautiful pools and a wonderful green garden. Cute animals and curious cats. The right place if you want to enjoy peace and nature a few minutes from the centre.

The property was very difficult to find. A sign on the road to indicate where to turn to get to the property would certainly help.

The relaxing property and pool area were nice...the patio with bbq pit was great too
The restroom had a foul odor from shower drain a few times....we ran hot water to alleviate.

This is more than a hotel, it is an experience that you must live once in your life.
I spent my days going through the farm gathering fresh products, talking to the farm animals, having BBQ, having breakfast with the farms cats, swimming in a pool that felt mine alone, etc
This combined with the fact that Bruna, Vitor and Carlos (staff) were the most supportive and attentive people I've met made the experience the best one I've had in a while.
The cleaning people also made an incredible job and were very sweet.
For someone who does not own a car, it can get tricky reaching the centre but to he honest the location of the property is part of its beauty and not taking a car or renting a car is the renters responsibility and choice which I would recommend for you to do.

The property is lovely with great amenities (swimming pool, canopy tent, farm etc)to wind down and enjoy your holidays. The host met us and briefed us about the property which I liked. The rooms are cleaned daily, the bare essentials are provided and we enjoyed our stay overall
We travel a lot and like to fix a few of our own meals during a long vacation. While the property had a kitchen, it only had oil, salt and pepper and no other condiments which could be used to fix a basic meal. It would be a suggestion to invest in probably a few condiments, some coffee and tea sachets to make it more hospitable for the guests (many vilas and/or hotels have these provisions)

It was simply amazing. We were welcomed by Victor and he was super friendly and showed us around. He made sure we had an amazing stay. We would recommend this property so much. I can surely say, I have never seems anything like Quinta do Baia!

Tranquil, quiet and reading. Loads of beautiful exotic trees, like avocado, figs, banana, palms, flowers, cute romantic garden with lounge beds, swimming pool, clean comfortable water, amazing buildings with loads creative decorations to look as its old fashion farm.
Live animals on other side of the fence: pigs, goats, lamb, donkey and horses/ponies. Even cats and kittens super friendly and cuddly.
Excellent equipment for bbq and outside tables and chairs to seat.
Every apartment had everything you will need, even the washing machine, swing, tv etc..
It felt so relaxing to have morning swim and walk around the garden.
Gate secure opening with the key only, safe for kids, three different pools.
Nothing to dislike.

Our stay was exceptional and at a very good price. The staff was helpful and accommodating; they even let us see the animals of their farm up close, which we loved. The communication with the owner for any question we had was instant and they facilitated our very late check-in.

Our 1 bedroom suite was amazing, clean, comfortable and large. The saltwater pool was the nicest pool Ive ever used! The staff were wonderful and the grounds were so beautiful! We also enjoyed the adorable farm animals and visits from the cats! We had a car so it was just a quick 5-min drive into Lagos. Great value for a wonderful property and suite!
We loved everything! Occasionally, there would be a waft of farm smells but it was windy when we were there and it was on a farm so not unexpected! :)
