The place need some renovation, sewage smell in the room, balcony doors difficult to open, and kitchen need more equipment - no knife to cut bread, no wine glasses, no bottle opener

Bathroom door doesnt work, kitchen smells of moist and mold, cutlery is old and broken, curtaind very dirty, cabinets smell bad.

The position.
Overall, the rooms are in need of refurbishment. The furnishings are quite dated, the portable heater was rusty, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning.

Perfect location, very nice view, very nice garden with pool. Everyday change towels and empty bin.
Generally falicities condition. Everything looks like old, but still possible to use. Property just for light cooking, coffe and breakfast.

Amazing location and 5-10 min to the beach down the cliffs. The house is big with a swimming pool in a very peaceful area. The bus station is very close or walking 15 min to the city centre.

The location is perfect if someone wants to stay near the beach.
Lack of maintenance: hot water stopped very fast, the key in the bathroom get stuck sometimes, the door of the wall cabinet doesn’t move, the glass door of the room does not easily functionable.

The view was beautiful, close proximity to the beach, calm area, nice terrace
The facilities are pretty old, the windows were dirty, the lock on the door seemed very unreliable and difficult to open at first, uncomfortable mattress
