Wonderful
Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet vacation. We loved the cat living in the premises. She sleeps indoor and I am assuming a staff takes care of her food. We enjoyed using the pool, and the beaches and restaurants were nearby.

Peaceful area, less than 10min to the beach
Wi-Fi signal was too weak to work in the room. The cat that uses the pool area every day as her toilet.

The beds were quite comfy. There was enough parking space. Also, there was a small pool (not very clean).
The room was not very clean and it smelled a bit funny; walls and curtains were molded. There were wall cracks everywhere. There was black mold in the bathroom as well. When we arrived they were doing some kind of constructions/work outside of the building and all the dust was coming inside the apartment. The WiFi is common for every room, so there is no good signal. MOST IMPORTANTLY: THERE WAS NO WARM WATER, so at night when we wanted to have a shower, we showered with super cold water.

The location is fine. Close to Ponta de Piedade and the many nice views. Very quite.
Room service was some days excellent, some days almost nothing. Very basic equipment in the flat. A second table for the balcony would be fine. We moved the table indoors and outside several times. Some things should be fixed or updated.

Location.
Check-in procedure. We had to send passport data by WhatsApp. We cam late so we had trouble with communication with the host. Is The mold on the wall and the smell. The cleanliness and the old musty furnishings.

Its a 15 minute walk from one of the nicest beaches in the area.
The heater did not work, the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, the hot water lasted a very short time, and the staff had terrible communication and were very unhelpful and not knowledgeable about their property.

Parking at residence. Private pool for all residents. Local cat.
The whole suite (kitchen and bedroom) where we stayed (no 2) smelled like cigarettes/ tobacco, and not like the previous guests had been smoking there the previous night, more like it was embedded on the walls/ furniture, because we left both windows open the whole time since checking in, and it still smelled by the time we were leaving. Check-in was also odd, had to call to get a lock box code, was given 3 codes to 3 lock boxes, first two were empty, last one had keys to another suite (not the one we blocked), ended up having to take the keys off of the cleaning staff, so a little bit of an unorganized set up.

Great value for the money. Location suited us.
Very difficult to get the code to the lock box. Had to phone the host multiple times and the call kept dropping. They also required guest data that no other places I've stayed in Portugal, asked for. They were not proactive. I had to keep reaching out. They didn't seem too friendly, but that may have just been the language barrier. The kitchenette could've been outfitted better. I washed all the dishes before we left, but there was no strainer to put them in to dry.
