The 4 bed female dorm that I had was a good size. The bunks had curtains for privacy and little lights and there was a hanging rack for jackets.
The room was lovely and quiet after 9pm when the church bell stopped chiming for the night.
There was plenty of hot water and everywhere was very clean and well organised.
Just up a hill from the central, old part of town where there was lots of bars, restaurants and tourist stuff.
There was 4 shower rooms incorporating a toilet but for 2 of them the door couldn't be closed.
The kitchen was very small.

Best hostel we've stayed in!
Super friendly staff. Amazing common areas: the garden is absolutely gorgeus, the rooftop area is very cozy and spacious and the kitchen is well equiped. Quiet hours are taken very seriously, which was great as our double room faced the garden. We stayed two nights, relaxing in Lagos after having walked the Fishermen's trail and would have definitely stayed longer if our room was available for another night :)

We had a double room which had twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. It was good value for money (the next night we paid twice as much in Faro).
Everything was very clean. Outside there was a lovely shaded courtyard, and a vending machine selling drinks and snacks. The staff spoke good English. We were able to leave our bags at no charge the next day while we explored.
The location is 10 minutes walk from several restaurants and 15 walk to the bus and train station.

It was nice to haven an open kitchen for everyone and a frontyard.
Everything was clean especially in the kitchen everybody was considerate and tidy.

Was very cozy, comfortable beds, nice garden area.
Wasnt very lively although it always depends on the guests in-house. Kitchen was very small so we didnt use it.
