It's in the downtown, but though quiet in the night. The staff in super nice and the breakfast was delicious.
It was a bit difficult to get in, as the staff opens the door remote controled.

bedroom was big enough, we had a balcony in ours that overlooked the streets! bathroom was a bit small but not cramped or anything.
We can kind of wanted fresh new towels but there wasnt any means to contact the owner, and the central kitchen/dining area didnt have anything, not even a microwave.

We loved the location and the room of the property. There was a lovely roof we enjoyed our dinners on watching the sunset.
Was disappointed with the communication from the staff given the lack of reception. Was hard to get an answer to a question as all communication was done through whats app, and we would not receive replys. We asked to keep our bags in the property for the day after check out and it seemed like a very difficult ask. Despite the hotel cost the soaps ect were not replenished when the room was attended too. The wifi was also unreliable, cutting in and out the whole stay.

The location was perfect. It was near everything I wanted to see, and I didnt have to walk very far to reach the restaurants. The sites I wanted to visit, and the beach were nearby so that was great as well.

it is not stated on booking.con that they didnt want to take credit card until we arrived. we were told their machine wasnt working after we checked in otherwise we would have chosen another location that did. we had a hard time finding banks that would change US dollars this year. in the end all of a sudden her machine miraculously worked.hmmm

Bed was hard, place was difficult to find, lady who buzzed us in never appeared, told us the wrong apartment, and then was pushing us via WhatsApp to get out first thing in the morning.

The only advantage of the guest house is the location being close proximity to beaches, shops, bus stops etc.
We waited for half an hour in scorching heat for the manager to let us in remotely. The bed linen was dirty, it made us feel itchy. We also found several ants in the room. The manager kept husseling us for her to pay in cash where it was clearly stated that card payment was available online. On the last night of our stay, a gentleman inconveniently knocked on our door at 11pm for payment. Overall, there was a lack of customer service and basic professionalism. The only advantage of the guest house is the location being close proximity to beaches, shops, bus stops etc. The price we paid did not reflect the price we paid

Wonderful
Friendly host, good location, very clean, comfortable bed and a very good shower.
Not a disadvantage, more of a suggestion: it would be handy to have a small drying rack and an iron. Also, adding a fridge would make the room perfect.

It was clean
It is not suitable for people in their 70s we were supposed to be on the ground floor instead we went up a starecas with no handrail and I am on a wharking stick and my wife has difficulty walking.
The apartment was very clean and the young lady who prepared are breakfast was very nice and helpful but you should only let young people stay there.

Good location within the city wall, with a free parking lot just outside the wall. In a quiet street, but near all the sights, restaurants, shopping,... Wifi was not exceptional, but okay. Good bed. There's a large sofa in the room. Good breadfast.
When we arrived, we only had contact with the owner through the intercom. He let us in and our keys were on the bed. It is not a very personal approach, but it was fast. On the contrary, the lady who prepared our breakfast was super friendly and helpful. Payment was only in cash, which is not very practical.
