The hotel is very beautiful. It's in the middle of nowhere, in a very quiet and relaxing place, but still very close to Luz and Lagos by car. The pool is awesome and the restaurant has a great view. There is private parking inside. Our room (with the pool view) is very large and has a small kitchen which was very handy.
The beds could be more comfortable.
Could not pay by card due to a "problem with the system", so we had to pay by bank transfer. Not very convenient, and by looking at other reviews it's not the first time this happens.

beautiful pool, good food and nice staff
Our room was lovely, but in the morning after breakfast went back to our and it smelled like someone had had a bowel movement in our lounge area. Neither of us had been to the toilet, but it was definitely a strong odour ot poo.

Breakfast is only sugar based products. For me, nothing to get out of bed for. Not even en egg, or normal milk, normal yoghurt. They can do better I guess, as it's international guests coming.

Loved locality and room size. The lady at breakfast was very cheerful. The pool and surroundings were lovely
Being kept waiting at the gate for 15 minutes to check in when it was very hot because the receptionist was on her lunch break so there was no one to let me in. This was at 14.10 when I arrived. At breakfast the mugs were Mis matched.

The sleeping coach was a bit hard, and the breakfast menu was very simple, and the key made a noise during the night. Other than that our stay was perfect! We loved the place beautiful and peaceful.

Pool was good
Seemed to be run by inexperienced staff. upon arrival I couldnt get in the gates, after repeated calls I finally got in after a 10 minute wait.
Breakfast was a huge disappointment, however, after showing a photo of the previous Hotels fare the staff did make me bacon and egg, which I appreciated and thank them for.
For the area it was quite expensive and didnt stack up against the opposition.
I think it didnt live up to what it suggested it was!
