Great location - our room was right above the main square. Lots of space, we could sit at the table and watch the square. The live music in the square was a nice bonus! Very basic kitchenette - no cooktop, just a microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
Bit of noise at night from people leaving the bars in the area but that's what you get for the central location! No clothes drying rack.

Very central location.
Due to the central location, it was quite loud in the evening until about 11pm. The rooftop is a bar that only serves alcohol. I asked for a coffee, all they could offer me was an espresso martini. The pool on the rooftop is shallow, so you could only put your feet in. The pool in the picture is from a different location, but I cannot delete the picture unfortunately.

Service was excellent both in receiving and returning the keys both women were so kind and helpful.
The ac dripping onto the kitchen table, maybe a towel or a sign could be put up so people could know to not put important stuff on the table with the AC on.

The location was centrally located and ideal for adults looking to enjoy restaurants and music at night. It was an easy walk to the marina, and anything else you might need in the area (drug store, car/scooter/bike rentals).
While there was an AC unit the apartment, the apartment remained quite warm. It was 32-35 degrees outside during our stay so perhaps too much for the AC unit to manage. The location might not be ideal for young children as the area is lively until midnight. We enjoyed this but families with young children might not.

The location was right in the center of the town.
Had generous space.
Basic furniture and amenities- A/C didn’t work, wasn’t a problem for us as we opened the windows for air flow. Coffee maker needed a basket for filters. (We are big coffee drinkers/ but plenty of restaurants around for coffee). If we had kitchen towels we wouldn’t have needed to use a bathroom towel for that purpose (drying dishes).

Well located in the centre of Lagos the property is simple but adequate for a few days stay, the price reflects the location rather than the accommodation.

Staff were extremely helpful
Location was fabulous with incredible views from the balcony
Everything was within walking distance, shops, restaurants, bank machines and groceries
The number of stairs was unexpected
The kitchenette was less than adequately stocked
The beverage fridge was small and had no freezer for ice
The bathroom door was unusual, having glass panels you could see through, providing no privacy
No laundry facilities within the building but the staff told us of one about 3 blocks away
We were moved to a different room for our first night and were promised a refund for the difference in room cost, we have not heard, or received it

We loved it here!
PROS:
- amazing location in the center of oldtown, bus and train stations 15 min away on foot
- two small balconies to enjoy the view, as if you are sitting in one of the restaurants and watching people passing by, but you are at the comfort of your home
- spacious shower, kitchen with all you need, tv with lots of channels, big dining table.
CONS:
- some furniture pieces were worn out and old, but still functional, also interior desing is quirky, but we really didn't care as long as everything was functional.
- bed a bit wonky
