Large spacious studio with two small balconies, air conditioning, comfortable bed, perfect location in old town.
Plastic one ring hob for cooking. Coffee machine needs paper filters - not easy to find in the area.

Absolutely best location to really feel a part of the action, yet the room was still so quiet and peaceful! Loved our balcony views and having to check in at the Sky Bar, at sunset, was actually one of my favorite parts as you get a great view of the city at sunset that we wouldn't have seen without having to go here for check in! Everything was clean and in good condition. Our space was huge for just the 2 of us. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment with everything you needed.
It was difficult to find. We had to phone them to ask exactly where it was and someone came to show us and let us in. The stairs were never mentioned and there were lots, as we were on the top floor. Not great for carrying suitcases up. We booked this because they said they had parking and then they said it was only if you booked for 7 days. We never saw that anywhere when booking. They said there was free parking up the road but we couldn't find it and what we did see was difficult to get to and didn't look very secure. We ended up paying 20euros for parking for the two days at a nearby underground carpark. It was still a long way to carry all our things as you couldn't get near the place with a car.

Great location, right in the middle of everything; cafes, restaurants, chemist.
The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and clean.
It was a bit tricky to find the place.
You actually need to check in at another hotel, as cross the road from it. They then take you there and give you the key.
We had to ask the pharmacy next door; they kindly helped us to where we need to check in.

The property was in a fantastic location right in the centre of Lagos. The room was spacious and had air conditioning and two lovely balconies. We also had free use of the rooftop pool at the sky bar opposite throughout our stay. Great value for money.
When we arrived the reception was in a different location to the property. We had messaged the property to say we would be arriving at 14:30 but when we arrived there was nobody there, when staff did arrive they seemed surprised & werent expecting us. The room was nice but the bathroom was run down and had lots of flies and a cockroach at one point! Mould and breaks in the walls. The aircon was handing into a bucket which filled with water which we had to change over every day. We didnt know about this and only noticed when it overflowed on the first morning.

The location was great, right in the centre of everything.
We had no hot water for two of the three nights of our stay. It was never communicated to us that there was an issue with their hot water system, which had we known, we would have booked elsewhere.
