Wonderful
Breakfast was great although a little too catered to British cuisine - beans and weiners most days but for the price of the hotel the coffee alone was worth it!
Yes of course it was a bit noisy especially on a weekend and when the bars let out, but that’s to be expected if you want to stay in the old part of town…and I did notice that the hotel had a basket of complimentary earplugs at reception! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The only perk is location and rooms got balcony , but if you are solo traveling , I wouldn’t recommend. It’s very gloomy vibe for that

Good location, beds and pillows were comfortable
Man at front desk during the day is rude and unfriendly. He shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Also when I wanted to extend a night, he wanted to charge me more than the price on this platform. How does that make sense. Also the cleaning products they use leave a terrible lingering odor for days.

Staff was nice and location great
The room was nothing like the pics, extremely small and no view.. I asked for Queen bed which they did not provide. The shower was very small and clogged drainage. Very noisy.

I really didn't expect the parking nightmare although I should of. There are a limited number of spaces in front and they're mostly blocked with orange cones if "available". The first night I stayed I parked in an open lot for 1 euro as I really don't know where the free parking the reservation alluded to was. When I walked back to the hotel after dropping off my wife and our luggage, the person on duty told me he would of moved a cone to allow me to park in front indicating I need not of parked a half mile from the hotel. The second night I moved some cones to try and park in front and he comes running out informing me that since he put 5 cones in the available parking spot, it was for handicapped (apparently I was unaware of his cone code). I was tired and went to a public lot that cost me 10 euros (I still don't know where the free parking alluded to was). When I checked later, a nice looking Audi that didn't appear to have handicapped indications was now parked in the previously reserved spot I tried to use. Needless to say parking is a challenge!

right in the old city
the sound at the kitchen started at 6:45 in the morning making it impossible to sleep after that
i warned the receptionist that it might be a problem when checked in - she said no body complained and did not change the room
you hear all the guests from the top floor
came in the afternoon for a nap - the cleaning stuff weee talking loudly

Window didn't open. Sewage smell from the bathroom. shower head not attached properly. Extra charge for the safe no tourist tax. The bed is good. The front lobby was good. The breakfast is good. Support staff was good. Location is excellent.

It was so noisy … few men 4th floor up till 2 am ish 2 nights it was horrible :(. I called manager finally ! Very noisy outside also. Very strong chemical cleaners smell :(

The hotel is bang in teh middle of Lagos making it great for a late-night stroll in the old town.
The hotel is very dated. Our room was small (we booked a family room and are only commenting on the one room we occupied) and the building had very tight stairs. Breakfast was included but quite poor if we'd been there another night we'd have gone out for breakfast on the second day even though the hotel on was free. Parking was impossible and we had to walk about a kilometre to the car but this is not the problem of the hotel.

The hotel is located perfectly in the center of the old town, very quick walking distance to all restaurants, cafes and even the closest beaches. The rooms are small, but have everything you need, so if you’re not planning to spend much time at the hotel, it’s great.
The breakfast unfortunately is not great. We had to go out and have breakfast every morning.

Partying, and yelling in the area of the hotel until 3:00 am. Sleep was not possible.
