The location was good.
No hot water for shower. Duvet was very thin, only one pillow supplied. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy.Breakfast was very basic an simple. Towels were old and thin. Rooms were not serviced! Only 3 local channels for the TV, when it did work. No manager to complain or report to. I was told to email, I am still waiting for a response as I wanted to cancel my stay after the first night.

Room was clean and sufficient, appreciated the little balcony. The breakfast was filling and pretty good, variety of food choices. Location was really convenient for the price, not far from the beach and restaurants area. Would recommend! Good price/quality ratio

The room was fine and had everything it needed (nice bathroom and shower, more or less comfortable bed, balcony...) Check-in/check-out was easy. It didn't seem like they have a lot of parking spaces, but there is a parking lot next to the hotel (for free but rather busy). The city centre is quite close (in walking distance).
I didn't use the closet as it didn't feel clean enough. Breakfast is not worth it. We paid for a room with sea view, but didn't get one. They tell you to not bring your own water/snacks, but rather buy theirs. We did not stick to that (their offers are too expensive).

Clean modern rooms. Walking distance to the beach and old town. Staff are friendly. Locked Luggage room available if you arrive before the check in time.
Little choices at breakfast, but it's not the end of the world.

A perfectly comfortable hotel, not all that well located for seeing Lagos' sights - but the Uber rides to get to wherever I wanted to go weren't too expensive. The staff were friendly, and the wifi was excellent - but this might not be the place for you if you're used to having your room tended to every day - this only happens if you request it . . .
The breakfast was beyond pedestrian - the juices so watered down it was like drinking lolly water, and I don't think the lines (in the one coffee machine that was working) have ever been cleaned - as a result the coffee, at least to my tastes, was virtually undrinkable . . .

Clean, functional, amazing location and view. 10 min walking from the beach and 10 min walking from the center. A calm and wonderful place to rest away from the noise of the center. The view is amazing. Sunrise and sunsets.

I am familiar with the hotel as I have stayed there several times. I like it's location which is very convenient to beaches and town centre. Some friendly staff.
The price was very expensive for 3 star hotel and frustratingly the price went down after I booked. I had to sign that I would not drink alcohol that I hadn't bought at the hotel along with other conditions, which I feel was absurd. Basic facilities, mediocre breakfast. My room was clean but a lot of dust under the beds.

Wonderful
Comfortable, easy and super friendly staff. Room was simple and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Bathroom was clean and modern. We had a 1am check in and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Also very happy to organise transportation into town. Breakfast was good - cereals, meat and cheese, coffee, tea, crepes, pastries and toast.
Pillows were quite thin so ask for extra if needed.
