For us, it was easy walking distance to downtown area as it takes about 7-10 mins. Soft and comfortable beds! There’s also a nice space on the reception floor for working if you need to work while traveling

There was nothing I liked about the property.
The location was not great. Nothing nice in the immediate vicinity. It looked more like a hostel than a hotel. When I sent a message to the manager no one ever replied. Room flooded, no fridge in the room and breakfast was ok. When we would approach the front desk there was very little attempt to resolve the problems. The presented as very apathetic.

The location is great. The rooms were clean. The Staff were so friendly. The breakfast is great.
I had to pay for ice each and every time - at most hotel & resorts ice is complimentary.

Stuff was very kind and helpful! Hotel is close to the city and all beautiful beaches, and is very comfortable. Definitely would visit again :)

The staff was really friendly, we arrived late & they assisted us post midnight as well. The room include breakfast, however we need to leave by 7 am. The hosts opened the breakfast early for us to grab coffee and cake and be more prepared for our journey ahead.
The room could have been slightly cleaner.

Ana and David were great… went above and beyond beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Initially, we were a little underwhelmed by the exterior but I stand corrected. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and better than many of the other pricier places where we paid for breakfast. The location had free parking and was very close to Ponte de Pedade. Coworking space allowed me to get work done… and if we are saving the best for last, the community of fellow travelers who we met here were likeminded. I’d absolutely recommend and gladly stay again!!!

Amazing breakfast included, renewed clean bathroom, great location, friendly and helpful staff. The only drawback was bottom end mattress and pillows
