HI Lagos – Pousada de Juventude is located in Lagos’s center, a 15-minute walk from Dona Ana Beach. With free WiFi access in its public areas, it also features a shared lounge area with billiards. It was super loud all night because the room is right next to the street. Breakfast was a little sad, it was ok but not a lot of options

Amazing location right in the Old Town. Very clean, comfortable room. Although there was no AC, the windows open for a breeze. Breakfast was great, staff was very kind, nice kitchen and lounge area. Wifi worked well, showers had good pressure and temperature.
There are 2 bars on the same block, so if your room faces the street, there will be a lot of noise. I was fine with earplugs, though. Check in is a bit late (it says 6pm, but we could check in at 4pm).

It's a clean, central, and big space. The common areas are perfect for people that do remote work. The wifi it's enough to handle meetings and there are plug ins all over the place. A plus us that it includes breakfast!
All good! You can hear the noise from the street, but you can handle it!

Breakfast was amazing and the best thing about this hostel.
There was no option to lock your personal things. They didn't even have enough keys to the room, so our room was mostly unlocked for this reason. People from the street were walking inside and using hostel bathrooms. Beds were shaking.

The location and the breakfast was good.
The last morning, when we went to the breakfast, someone with the key entered the room, took 20 from my wallet and drink all the orange juice that was left in bottle. The main issue is, that the room was locked with a key, so the person, who entered the room, had the key. I travel a lot but these like nevere happened to me. Also the hostel was without the recepsonist, so when I came to the housekeeping, they could not help me. They said that I should go to the police and write an emaile, but after five days I did not get any response. I would never came back at this hostel. That was the main issue, but also the common kitchen was very dirty, and some things were broken.

Best hostel to discover Lagos! The staff is amazing and super helpful, such great guys. The location is amazing, super close to the beaches and right in the centre. A great breakfast every morning and comfy beds to sleep in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was great too! Loved staying here :)

Very close to city centre. Nice staff.
Worst experience with other tenants in the room. Completely disregarding other tenants. Coming late at night, shouting and turning light on. And the same early in the morning (5am). I know this is not in the control of the host, but still worth to mention here as I guess these kind of people come and go by this location.
