Disappointing
the location is good.
there was an odor in the bathroom, and I saw drain flies. I think there may be an issue with the building's sewage line. They asked me to pay in cash at the last minute before check in. The mattress was hard

Good location, good price, reasonable facilities.
Sewage smell in bathroom. We had to go elsewhere to register, not far, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

Location reasonable. Shared kitchen good.
The staff insisted their card machine was broken and wanted payment in cash. This cost me over 5 euros extra to arrange. I believe they are doing so to avoid taxes. The 3 keys are indistinguishable and waste time every time you have to lock or open a door. The beds are uncomfortable and the storage inadequate in the bedroom. The electric light switch for the bathroom kept falling off exposing bare wires so we stopped using it for safety. All in all this place is best avoided.

the location is okay, i parked my car on the street right opposite of the room. the room was clean, so was the bathroom. overall it was good and met the price expectations.

It was in a good location, the place was clean
The bathroom/toilet smell somewhat pervaded the entire place and the motion sensor light was broken so we were constantly woken up by the light randomly turning on. We mentioned this to the property but they insisted the light was working correctly. We have video evidence showing the light was turning on with no movement on our part, but the response we received was pretty much insinuating we are unintelligent.

The guesthouse offers a comfortable experience with well-sized rooms and an unbeatable central location. It’s perfect for anyone looking to stay close to the city’s attractions and restaurants. The host is exceptional—very quick to respond and extremely helpful with any questions or requests.
The room didn’t have any views, and the staircase is quite narrow, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Additionally, the soundproofing isn’t great, so you can hear other guests quite clearly.

I thought it was lovely, nice and quiet and tidy, kitchen space and en suite. Towels provided.
bed bugs - photographic evidence has been given to host and booking.com but no refund.
Added to this was gaslighting, lying, denial and zero costumer care by the host to support or compensate. Direct lying to my face saying the bed bug eggs which I know how to recognise, was sand. Ignoring and denying photographic evidence
I know they had them recently so clearly they werent go rid of properly.
Owner refusing to speak with me and refusing compensate after an extremely stressful night of no sleep and extreme distress with having nowhere without bed begs to sleep. I had to cancel a day of work and wash all my clothes and have spent a whole day dealing with this
