Pleasant
The location is amazing, 10 minutes walking, and you are in Praia do Camillo.
The room is a good-sized room, we stayed in 3, 2 adults and a kid.
The complex is old, and inside our room, there was mold. We had inside 2 chairs of leather that were ruined.
No good light in the toilet, and also they provide the coffee machine, but it was not working.
A good repainting of the wall, I believe, is necessary. For the exteriors, it's cute and well-maintained.

The pool and outdoor lounge area are very nice and convenient
There is an abandoned apartment building across the way that had a fire when we arrived. Still felt safe but it’s a been unnerving knowing that’s across the street

Reasonably close to one main beach. Also on a corner and east for pick up by taxi or Uber/ Bolt
Amenities of normal operation were lacking, absent or less than average. ( example : air conditioner and TV controllers had dead batteries. Plugs had wires that were broken. Shower head broken, only 2 thin towels given for two days, no free ice machine, poor pillows for beds, etc etc

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is not new and some furniture and decor are outdated but it's spotless clean and smells good. It's very close to the cliffs and the beaches and just 15 min walk from the old town. They don't accept credit cards - but there are a lot of MTAs near by. Parking is right there is it's free. There is a pool and BBQ area, and a small grocery store.

The swimming pool and loungers were beautiful, pool water well heated and clean. The location is excellent as it's near the town however also near Praia Mos the most cleanest beach in that part of Lagos. The room was okay. When I had booked a room for our family of 4 I assumed it would be a full pull out sofa bed but instead it was the single sofa plus a single pull out section that one has to sleep on the floor like a japanese futon style. My kids did not want to sleep on this as there were ants on the floor most of the time. My husband had to sleep on it as he was the only person that was okay with it. Not very comfortable beyond a 1 to 2 night stay at most. The staff quickly came to try to resolve the ant problem which was very kind of them. We realized it was because my kids ate a cracker and left a small crumb which was why the ants came to begin with. The apartment is bright and has everything one would need.
We did not like that the outside of our apartment was not cleaned for example the stairs leading up to the apartment had old bird poop caked in from the sun, the railings look like they had not been wiped or power washed in years and the deck connected to our apartment was quite dirty. The inside apartment was clean thankfully but it would have been nice to sit out on a clean deck or walk barefoot from our apartment to the pool if the floor was clean. The management did not like that we requested clean bath towels more then once during our stay and they tried to charge us extra for these by certain intimidating messages once we left the premise. They said never in their 33 years have they seen a family go through so many bath towels. We on the other hand have never in our years of travel been told we have to pay extra for a bath towel to shower our bodies once a day. The issue is that the towels they provide are so small and hand towels and not bath towels so one would naturally need more then one of these in order to shower. We were a family of 4 and of course needed to shower once per day this is not something unusual. Nonetheless we were happy to have left and moved onto our next stay in the Algarve.

Great Location and peaceful area, so close to the beach which was beautiful. The room was spacious and great for two people.
The bedding blanket seemed old and dirty. Overall the room and washroom could be cleaner.

Nice location close to beach. Clean. Gardens beautiful.
The owner got nasty after I sent him a private message about a couple of things. I had no intention of mentioning them in a review, or even writing a review, until he lost his marbles. Miscommunication that went sideways. So sad. Nice greeting at reception though. $110 a bit pricey when so many options in Lagos.
