The location and the pool area
Its quite an old building so its rather dated. We had a small kitchen to do some cooking,but there were no tea towels. The kitchen equipments were insufficient. We could not have breakfast as there is no coffee machine, no teapot. The kitchen was not conducive to do anything, which was a pity as it was a kitchen and not a kitchenette.
It was quite complicated to get to the room, despite the lifts.
We paid for a room with seaview and in the beginning we were given just a normal room, with a partial view of the sea, which was cheaper than what we paid for. I had to claim the room that we had reserved, with a lot of difficulty as the receptionist was very reluctant to give it to us. So very bad service.

Clean, quiet, great sea view, staff. Did not have breakfast there but our one bedroom set up had a kitchen to cook, make coffee and it was spacious.

Very Good
The sea views and the spacious and quiet location. It was a easy five minute stroll onto the beach.
The staff were kind and helpful.
A little dated and the front terrace/balcony could have had optional shading.The kitchenette could have better lighting.

Great location. We were able to walk to the town of Lagos on the beachfront boardwalk in about 20 minutes or drive in 5. Easy parking on site.
The couch was not very comfortable but we didnt spend much time in the room anyways. No hairdryer in the room but the front desk had a loaner we could use.
