It was good location and it was nice to have the tennis courts
The room was big, but it wasn’t that comfortable and you should’ve had more faculties like a water cooker a microwave or coffee maker or something just to make it look more like a nice hotel room

Lovely little complex. Great location. Rooms were regularly cleaned.
Some reception staff weren’t overly friended and complex needs renovation as looking tired and old, rooms look dated and very basic.

Location is great, 5 minutes walk of main Luz beach.
Property is very bad maintained, looks really old, furniture looks bad, facilities could be much better, and staff was not the most welcoming, múltiples times when we said hi in the morning the did not even reply.
We stayed 3 nights without changing any towel, disgusting.
I would not come back.

I don’t know what all the negative reviews are about. It’s a nice hotel with a big pool area, clean rooms, but has changed its name. The staff is super nice

Beautiful gardens and huge room with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Also love the resdent cat the visits! Really close to the beach and all amenities and some fantastic walks In a lovely setting. Staff always very friendly amd helpful.
Place just needs abit of a spruce up but overall wonderful hotel

I'm not sure there was anything I liked to be honest....
The room smelled of damp and mould, the furniture was the stained plastic table from the outside with a plastic seat, the best was not comfortable and the lamp was broken... Really pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else this is not worth it....

Location was amazing, close to the beach, lots of sun in the room and a swimming pool across the yard. The staff was so nice, Vincius was a dream. The bed was comfy and the soap smelled extremely nice.
Sadly wifi was bad, pillows were not very comfy and the direction on booking was nonexistent, please inform guests of the appropriate name, despite this I would still suggest it to everyone. Thank you for a good experience!

View from the room. Gardens are beautiful and well kept
No lights in the grounds when dark. Broken patio furniture that wasn’t changed after we advised them. Couldn’t sit on it.
