Beautiful property and great location. Very friendly staff
There was a bad odor on one side of the bedroom. Smelt like permanent bad BO. Also a sheet to hold both beds together or a clip underneath would be great so we don't fall in the middle during the night. But overall it was our favourite place.

The room was moldy and the stinky. We tried to sleep on the balcomy because of the stinky mold. If somebody would check in in the room with mold allergies, serious health issues could be the consequence.

Very professional and polite staff, especially at the reception, possible to check-in 24h, nice pool area, spacious room and bathroom, immediately hot shower, excellent quality of toiletieres, good breakfast, high level of cleanless, good wi-fi, they provide big towels for the pool.
No sign of the name of hotel, in the room there is no glasses neither coffee cups, no kettle, no complimentaries, safety box is malfunctioned.

Location and staff were the best parts of our trip
Cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not up to standard.
Also there are no tea or coffee facilities.

The hotel is always great value for money and very well placed near the beach. Having access to several pools to laze around is warmly received, unlike the cool water ;) I am a repeat customer and have always appreciated feeling welcome during my stay.
Room needs a refurbish including paint and treatment of mould. Variety of buffet breakfast could be improved, with less greasy fried options.

Large spacious and sunny room with great balcony. Good situation and calm surroundings.
Not easy to find because the announced name of the place doesnt correspond to what is mentioned on the walls of the building.

Hotel position is not far from beach and center

Breakfast.
I requested baby cot, I paid extra for this but I what I received was totally worst, damage and dirty. I requested another one and they said don't have another and next day will change but that don't happened.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was nice and it was also easy to park. The breakfast was quite good. Overall, it was really clean.
