The room was great, large with balcony a nice swimming pool, nice breakfast buffet with everything you can wish for .It rural location made it very quiet,except one day when the neighbours came together to press grapes.I also got some help with navigating the local busses and attractions.The fishersmen trail along the cost was about 1 km walking..There are a couple of restaurants a 15 minutes walk away.
We did not have a car this holiday and as it was rural the nearest shops were not close by..

This hotel really surprised me in a positive way. The staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for different beaches to visit with the family. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great attention to detail. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the room was larger than expected. Our room included private parking, which was very convenient.
The breakfast was only served at 8:30 a.m., which is a bit late for families with small children who wake up early. There were also no beach towels available and no drying rack in the room to hang wet clothes from the pool, which would have made things more practical.

The breakfast surprised me for this place. There was plenty of food and fresh fruit. For being outside at the beach and off adventuring, this place was reasonable for the price.
It was difficult to get hot water in the shower. The shower head wasn't staying attached to the holder well, so you had to hold it the whole time in order to shower. The place needs a little TLC to class it up just a bit - but on a whole, it was a good, peaceful place to stay.

We loved our stay! What a treasure this place is and incredible value. Great restaurants are close by, the facility is clean and lovingly cared for, staff are welcoming and kind, bed comfortable, terrace welcome in the sunshine, and breakfast plentiful and wanted for nothing. Really appreciated the fridge and the corkscrew too, as well as the loquats picked fresh from the tree. Thank you so much, have already recommended you!

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good with fresh fruits, really good bread, a lot of sweets and they're able to provide gluten free options. The rooms are quite big with air conditioning and a fridge, and at least our bathroom was renovated. The location is also nice, outside in the fields; it's really quiet.
Check-in and check-out was a bit awkward as it was done by the breakfast staff, who don't speak any English. We arrived at 15:30 and checked out at 11:00. It was basically just a "Here is the key." and on check-out it was "Just give me the key." That's it. A bit disappointing.
The couch in our room, a "double room with garden view", had its best days years ago. There were a lot of cracks in the artificial leather and buttons were broken. The decorative pillows had stains.
The bed in our room was the worst! It was ridiculously soft. No chance to get a good sleep and back pain is guaranteed. After I told the manager, asking, if there was anything they could do, I got an "I will talk to the staff. Let me see what we can do." Well, nothing happened. In addition, the bed frame, the mattress and the topper all had different sizes. The topper was about 10cm smaller than the mattresses, and these were also about 5cm smaller than the bed frame. The two single bed frames were tied together with cable ties. Remember: 3* Hotel!
In an area, where there is a shortage of water, it simply feels wrong to wait for 3-5min (we actually timed it) before you get warm water in the shower. In general, the place is too expensive for the quality you get. It needs some renovations on the inside and the facade and some gardening. It all looks a bit worn down and pieced together, but not in a good way.

Very nice quiet place, nice spacious rooms , clean and comfortable. Location is good if you like the quite places. Close to Luz beach. I was very happy there.
