Wonderful
Location was right on beautiful beach if thats what you want, but a 20 min walk to town. Great pool and deck, great restaurant and nice spread for breakfast. Rooms have own patio and dry rack .

The location was awesome with easy access to the beach and the extensive boardwalk. The center is accessible by a fairly long walk or a 5€ uber.
I found the breakfast to be very simple, not very healthy and lacking in options. For the cost of the property, I had much higher expectations.

Beautiful location with an amazing beach right outside the door. Views from the rooftop restaurant were amazing.
This location is great but that’s really what you are paying for - the room was very average and the bathroom was not very nice. However, the rooftop restaurant was lovely and views were great. Be sure to book a dinner at the restaurant ahead of time (you can’t eat there without one).

Location, breakfast
There is no ramp at the entrance, which makes access very difficult. We were traveling with a baby, and carrying the stroller up and down was really hard. It is also very inconvenient when bringing heavy luggage into the hotel.

The hotel was in a good location, and the bed in the room was comfortable. However, there was no microwave in the room, and when I asked the staff to heat up my leftovers, they refused.
Also, check-in was at 3:00 PM. Even though my room was ready at 2:30 PM, they refused to let me check in until exactly 3:00 PM.
The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and they didn’t seem willing to assist with even simple requests.

I was very disappointed with the overall quality and condition of the property. The hotel did not feel like good value for money and did not meet the standard I expected based on the price I paid.
The facilities appeared poorly maintained, particularly the lifts, which were extremely slow and inconvenient. The lighting in the room also did not work for an entire night. The breakfast was another major disappointment, with food appearing old and poorly maintained, warm milk, poor-quality coffee and an untidy dining area. I also became unwell after eating breakfast, which made the experience even more concerning.
There were also insufficient toiletries provided for two guests. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and below the standard expected for the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The location was definitely the highlight of our stay. It’s within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the scenic boardwalk, and Lagos Old Town. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view, and the breakfast was decent. The staff were polite.
Our room had a strong humidity/musty smell, and every time we returned, we had to open the window to air it out before it felt comfortable.

Old but very clean, amenities are on the weak side, and they only give you clean towels to shower once a day. I would definitely stay again. Location is prime!
