Everything is great! It is located less than 5 minutes drive from the city centre/ Dona Ana beach or 20 minutes walk, easy to park, room is comfortable, AC works super well, great shower, super clean, great swimming pool and friendly staff.
I’d easily come back to this place!

comfortable stay for my family, clean space, air-conditioned. very helpful reception, they helped book tours for us and got us better prices than advertised. we enjoyed the pool. short walk to the beach.

Very nice staff. The balcony was great!
They didn’t have dish soap or any leftover condiments like oil, salt, or pepper. It made it very hard to clean the dishes we used.

It was all very good but we particularly enjoyed the balcony with views of the greenery beyond the pool. There is ample free parking and is very near the Fisherman's Trail boardwalk. It's also a short drive to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful.
We wish the weather were warmer and less windy so we could have enjoyed their very inviting swimming pool.

Location and staff were excellent! David is so kind and friendly, and he gave us such wonderful information about the area. We felt very welcomed and comfy throughout our stay. The cleaning staff was excellent as well.

Truly warm, helpful, and wonderful staff! Also fantastic location, showers were hot with great pressure, and kitchenettes equipped well to cook and make tea if you like.
For those who might be noise sensitive, you can hear any neighbors very clearly. Thankfully at night however the location itself is quiet and peaceful, so as long as your neighbors are thoughtful at night then it’s overall quiet for sleeping :).

Very good location. Close to the main cliff view points via a nice walking path. The staff is extremely nice. Apartments are well maintained and have also good parking with possibility to charge your electric car.

Great place to stay with kids, with direct access to the pool from the room. We received quite a large room with more than enough beds. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center of Lagos. We used Uber on return, which is also quite cheap.
Our door room was right behind the reception desk, which was a bit strange. The fridge was making strange noises during the night.

Easy access to a gorgeous beach
Room feels outdated. With some of the interior falling apart.
Shower is clean but underwhelming. Could use a redesign.
Air conditioner works but has a weird odor.
