Excellent golf resort, like the ones at Hilton Head/USA.
Friendly staff. Clean and had all the amenities in one’s home. Easy checking in and out.
Great location.
We did eat at the Bistro restaurant and had great meals.

Wonderful
Location was great, very close to Lagos. Enjoyed the golf course and spa facilities. Our townhouse was perfect, lots of space, enjoyed the kitchen facilities and balconies. It was perfect for our needs.
The restaurant service was extremely slow.

It was very quiet, spaciest. The furniture was almost new. Very well built. 2 patios. The electrics stores on each windows and patio doors was very useful for a good sleep in the dark. The kitchen is well equipped. The four air conditioners was perfect to keep a very comfortable temperature at any time.
A bit of dust around the air conditioners. They should be clean more often.

The vila was very confortabile, clean, nicely furnished.
. We were told at the reception that, as guests, we benefit of 10% discount for Slide & Splash. Actualy, the starting price is imarked-up so you end up at the same price as online. And cash only. Just a cheap petty theft which it didn't affect our pleasant stay.

The grounds were beautiful, well maintained. Crews were out daily, watering, trimming, etc.
The unit was also immaculate and modern with most of the amenities you need, minus a Nespresso. Beds were great, furniture was was in excellent condition, and the bathrooms were excellent.
The Pool was well maintained, a good temperature and had a good number of chairs. We were always able to find one.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was really nice, just a short drive to the beaches or city centre. They also have a shuttle that will take you there 4 times a day, but we chose our car as the timing didn't fit our events.
The on-site Bistro restaurant was reasonably priced and the food we had there was excellent. The burger is a must have and all their pizzas were great too.
Poor design of condensing units for the air conditioners. There are two on every main floor balcony and you cannot enjoy the balcony without turning all the units off as it is noisy and hot. Not sure what the engineer was thinking on that one.
The pool is not supervised and while it is well maintained nobody follows the rules, so we constantly saw people with glass on the deck and we also had kids diving and kicking soccer balls back and forth from the deck to the pool while people were in the pool.
The changing rooms had no soap for an entire week. People would open the dispensers as a message but nothing was done. Since there was no supervision or regular staff on the grounds you couldn't tell anyone without going to the reception.
Last item was coffee. Every place we stayed in Europe had a Nespresso machine, even in Spain. It looks like Delta sponsors the units and that is what they have. Not the same quality of coffee as Nespresso, more expensive and for people, like my guests, you can't make a full cup. You can only make an espresso and that is the only sized cup that will fit under the unit. So we were dumping shots into a cup for my wife and then boiling the kettle to top off the cup.

The well appointed apartments had everything we needed....kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels, just perfect for our large family.
There was no access to the greenspace, other than walking through the pool area, as we were above the bistro. There should be a gate with keyfob access to get access to the greenspace between apartment 16 & 17. We were in apartments 14 & 15 with toddlers & it was difficult to get up to the playground without walking along the streets to get to an access point.

Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help! The resort is great, sounds like a lot to be done in the resort even though we weren’t able to use all of the facilities in our short stay. Outdoor pool was great as it was open later. Close to the city and a few supermarkets nearby 5 min drive away. The place was massive, and everything we needed was provided even some water, juice and jam.
Unit was clean, but there was some smell in one of the washrooms, and quite a few ants in the kitchen. Would have hoped that the TVs had Netflix capabilities as well, but just an extra suggestion!

The Bela Colina was brilliant. We had such a great stay, the apartment was very spacious and the cleaners ensured that we had clean towels and the place was lovely throughout. The Bistro bar was also very close and we managed to get some food and drinks in there which didn't disappoint.
The Clock Tower pool was very tranquil and we enjoyed relaxing by that, although it was out of action on two the days due to filming.
This isn't poor on Bela Colina (as that part was excellent hence the review score) but specifically the Boavista Golf Course. The male staff were extremely rude to us and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Given that it was very expensive to play, I was expecting a much friendlier service.
