The resort was very nice. Friendly staff. House keeping kept the suite very clean. Loved having the room on same floor as pool. Nice deck to walk out to.

Familiar we stay at the Belmar every year but not during fall months. It’s much busier than we like but good location and great staff ?
The apartment we rented was looking tired not well equipped like we are used to. The kitchen
was not well stocked no cooking tray or any serving dishes like a bowl or small platter they did bring me some things but I had to ask. All the units are owned and rented so each time it’s luck of the draw . I prefer to stay in the main building and not the side wings but that is just my preference

Closeness to the beach was fantastic! Quick 6 min car ride to the old town. Nice kitchen and staff cleaned daily which was great.
Beds were very hard. Pillows were very small. Couch was uncomfortable and lumpy due to pull out couch. Breakfast was not worth it. Coffee came from a machine and was terrible.

Super clean and friendly check-in process. Free Parking was perfect for families travelling with cars. Good Amenities, good size bedrooms, two full bathrooms and walking distance to the beach. Outdoor pool for kids was excellent to keep them entertained. Few mins drive to old town, restaurants and grocery stores. Amazing breakfast and good restaurant.

Lovely apartment within a resort. Ideal for a family.
Bigger garbage can for the kitchen. We are a family of 5 adults so the little can was kind of a pain. Very minor.

Size of accommodations. Free parking. Proximity to beach.
Complex is a bit disjointed. Accessing pools wasn’t great- going through underground parking lots or through locker rooms at the other building. A bit odd from our unit.

Great location by a beautiful beach. The pools and common grounds were well maintained and we had a nice view from our rooftop deck.
Rooms, even the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in, looked tired and need to be updated. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable to the point where I could feel the springs. Furniture looked worn out, even the lounge chairs on our deck.

Fabulous staff, incredible breakfast, great location.
If you want people to use their towels more than once, give them hooks to hang their towels to dry. Outside drying racks are a plus for wet bathing suits and beach towels, but bath towels need proper hooks.
Blackout drapes are preferred over hurricane shutters for privacy.
